Paper thin walls got to our room around 8:30 could here the neighbors every word kids rough housing, baby screaming and crying.thought for sure by 9:30 maybe 10:00 they would go to bed as it was a Tuesday night. By 11:00 or so the baby was still crying grabbing by bag and in my pajamas went to front desk and asked for a room change as I had to get up at 4:30 to go to work and would be checking out by 5:30.the front desk lady was nice but only had a king availability didn’t care me and my sister would share and at least get a couple of hours sleep. Got settled into the new room only to be woke again by the new neighbor a adult couple again rough housing you can imagine. This place is nice clean and new with nice workers but if I wanted to sleep in one big room with everyone shearing there business I would have booked that will never stay there again!!!

This was the perfect place to stay after our flight was delayed overnight at DFW. The front desk staff were great, and our room was beautiful, clean, and cozy. The included breakfast was simple and perfect. Overall, it was a great and affordable stay and we would definitely return in the future.

Twice now I’ve stayed at this hotel when I’ve been stranded in Dallas when my flight was cancelled. The staff are always excellent and accommodating. The room is clean l, and the shampoo/conditioner is lovely. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast in the morning is also good

Nice stylish lobby with plenty of seating, a pool table, 24-hr coffee & tea station, 24-hr exercise room, all complimentary, were appreciated. There is ample parking. Soft sheets, smart TV, and electric window blinds were great. However, tub/shower water were not warm enough, and the room smelled musty. Overall, a good experience and a reasonable value.

Our stay was good overall. The rooms are spacey like other comments, however, not having any drawers or microwave can pose a bit of an inconvenience. Definitely a very minimalistic hotel. We ordered extra sheets, but ended up having to ask for them at the lobby after all day not having received them. The breakfast was good, enough to get you started for the day, but nothing crazy. The only thing we didn’t appreciate was heading out. We had to check out at 3 am due to my husbands job. Upon entering the lobby, the smell of ********* was so so heavy. My husband had noted to me the employee had originally been sitting in his truck prior to seeing him come out into the lobby. While putting our luggage in the car, the employee headed inside to be at the counter ready for us. Not pointing fingers, however, he was the only one actively in that lobby & in that area at 3 am, aside ourselves. That has become such a norm in our culture, but I don’t know that we are okay with that in a professional setting. We traveled with a 2 year old & an 8 month old, so we definitely didn’t appreciate having left with that. The hotel was great, however we did leave with a sour taste. Not too sure if we’ll be back.

Staff is great, place is very clean. Morning breakfasts are well staffed and maintained. I would recommend getting a room away from the elevator to avoid late night noise.

Good, checked in 3:41, had to wait, room not ready, switched us to a handicap room

The fitness center is top-notch (just added a Peloton bike, which is great). I love the pool table and available hot teas as well.

The room was lovely, clean. I love the conveniency of being able to purchase food in the lobby. Also walking distance to other food was a plus.
