Our stay in Angsana can be described with one word only - amazing. Great amenities, beautiful view and outstanding customer service. We will be back for sure.

The best hotel I ever have stay. Infinity pool was fantastic. View was amazing. And all the hotel and the staff was very very good!

This is not a 5* hotel The service was very poor. None of my emails in advance of our stay were answered. The check-in was slow. We were made promises which weren’t followed through with. We had asked for a late checkout. No one came back to us with an answer. At 10, the cleaner came into our room telling us we should have left at 9 when the normal check out is 11 The room was ok but large parts of the hotel were empty and characterless. We won’t be returning

Giannis Kolitas gave our party of 8 exceptional hands on service while we enjoyed our morning breakfast. He was warm and welcoming and always greeted us with a smile. We were shocked to see that his ID said Assistant Manager. He should be monetarily compensated for the respect with which he greeted my family!

Great property with stunning views. We had a heated pool in our villa which was fantastic for the kids. The villa was a duplex layout with the master bedroom on a different floor to the second bedroom - something that is not mentioned in the description. However, they fixed a child gate for us which was great and much appreciated. There’s a lovely walk to the village Benitses which we really enjoyed. Overall, we would love to be back!

Without a doubt one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. All the staff are extremely polite, friendly and accommodating which made our stay even better! Outstandingly clean and generally smells so pleasant which is a bonus. Extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend staying here. Our trip was complete thanks to this amazing hotel ❤️

From checking-in to checking-out, through booking and then getting a massage, getting breakfast, having a cocktail on the beautiful, breathtaking-view roof top, this place but most importantly the entire staff make you feel more than welcome! We will definitely come back and bring friends and family with us!

I have just returned from a 6 night stay at this hotel, I cannot praise it enough ....the staff are so accommodating and professional, nothing is too much trouble. Mr Themis and Mr Petros were particularly helpful.The pool area is lovely with very comfortable sun beds. The pool/bar/restaurant and reception staff are all very friendly and try their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I will definitely be returning.

We had an amazing stay at angsana. Rooms are large and the property is well maintained. Would stay here again
