噴泉之家住宿加早餐旅館(Fountain House B&B)

Very welcoming and friendly hosts. The breakfasts were excellent and set me up for the day. My room was very clean and had a heated blanket. Lovely views at the back of the guest house. This is a great value guest house in a convenient location. It’s my 2nd visit and I’ll definitely stay again.

I was so disappointed in this place after reading so many good reviews. The room smelled damp and moldy. The beds were lumpy and hard, as were the pillows. The bathroom was just awful. There was what looked to be mold all over the ceiling and it smelled like mold and mildew. Water also got everywhere when the shower was used. The place looked tired and like it needs an update and some love. The breakfast omelet I had was pretty good and the host was lovely and friendly. Overall I did not enjoy my stay and I would not recommend staying here.

The proprietor’s professional, friendly, Irish charm & hospitality was outstanding. The lodge is clean, and the grounds are exquisite. Directly on the river Lee that flows toward Cork. Our bed was comfortable as was the room. Breakfast was outstanding.

What a delightful place and couple. My wife and I arrived a bit later than planned and I was met at the door by a smiling and friendly Breda that showed us to our room. She had turned on an electric blanket for us earlier so that we could enjoy climbing into a warm bed. The room and bed were comfortable and quiet. For breakfast my wife and I enjoyed a delicious full Irish and a couple of freshly baked scones and croissants, all locally sourced. We were able to visit with Breda and Pat for a few minutes before heading out on our days adventure. We will make the extra effort to visit again!

Spent one night here and it was everything one could ask for in a B&B. Rooms were a good size with an ensuite bathroom. Location was nice right by the river and Breakfast was fantastic. Good local recommendations for dinner added to the enjoyment of our stay

My eleventh visit to the Lee Valley for a fishing holiday, stating at Fountain House. As always Breda and Pat were the perfect hosts. Both go above and beyond to ensure that their guests can make the most of their stay and this rime I was helped by them to resolve both a fishing bait issue and a routine medical matter. I can't recommend Fountain House enough.

We spent three nights at this bed-and-breakfast, and it was absolutely wonderful! We appreciated having a first floor room, parking was easy, hostess was amazing, and food was delicious! Breda consistently went out of her way to spoil us. We highly recommend the Fountain House!

A very nice location with a lake in the back yard The host, Breda, was very kind and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable and nice. The only problem was the shower system, which took a while to get warm and the water pressure wasn’t the best. Regardless, the room was nice and a cool Bree came off the lake . We only stayed one night and we had a very comfortable and restful sleep. Would recommend staying here because the view and the hospitality are great. Breda makes an excellent scone/ breakfast.
