魅力酒店(Charms Hotel)

Very cozy and welcoming. Very easy to get back to and leave using TukTuks. The staff were very helpful with airport pick up and drop off. Great breakfast too

This Hotel TRULY lives up to it's name.. small but totally adequate in every way this haven provides a pool , decent size rooms and clean attached bathrooms .. both poolside and first floor .. Since it's tucked away a bit from the MAIN road so is quiet and the greenery around lends a cooling tranquil ambience to the entire place . Now that's common in many hotels ..here's what makes this place outstanding (BTW We stayed TEN days which is a long time to test a hotel's true value) . 1. The staff from Andry to Denton at the reception to Joshua, Elona Jean and the housekeeping n kitchen help .. they're so well mannered .. polite ..helpful and cheerful that it's uplifting and transforms one's holiday to a level of perfection one can only normally hope for but rarely achieve. Thank you all for being such wonderful loving people. 2. The breakfast buffet is more than enough to carry you through without stomach pangs to a truly late lunch if you're on an island tour till 4pm . 3. The tours too are professionally booked by the Reception quite promptly and efficiently. 4. Dinner at the restaurant proved to be a pleasant surprise. The chef stayed till 7pm on our first day ..16th Feb 2023 and both the chicken and pork were delicious as was the soup . I'm told the chef occasionally stays late till 7pm and cooks dinner . 5. The price of stay is surprisingly reasonable for the quality of stay . I'd say the other hotels in the vicinity were not such great value for money. If there's more hotels like CHARMS with such "charming" employees and efficiency I'm sure CORON will attract a much larger number of tourists than now . This was my second stay here ..I was given the suite facing the pool .. as usual the staff is wonderfully welcoming and truly caring ..in spite of being stuck in the hotel for 3 days unable to go out because of a typhoon things were absolutely under control there and everyone stayed on duty as if nothing was happening. Non stop Lashing rain ..high winds etc ..nothing made a difference to their calm and the hotel functioned ABSOLUTELY normally . Even the breakfast buffets were filling and delicious as usual. Hats off to the ENTIRE staff once more . All I can say is that for the price they offer the service and comfort is way above value .. truly I'll stay no where else when in Coron ...kudos to the management n staff ..God Bless you all

I was expecting a hotel like for backpackers but it was not. It was more of a business hotel with enough space to work in the room, fast internet everywhere. It was also for a family where we can request to cook our food or reheat our leftovers from outside restaurants The staff were all friendly.

This little hotel really surprised us, we both enjoyed staying here, sadly we only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer. The room was nice, very clean, bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was good and not too noisy. The pool area was nice and peaceful. We definitely felt this was a good place to stay if you want to get away from all the hustle and bustle of the main road through Coron. They had a light and bright reception/ breakfast area. Breakfast was ok and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

We stayed in Charms hotel for 4 days and 3 nights in July. I was very impressed with the hospitality and friendliness of the staff throughout our stay. Everyone had a smile on their face, were always more than happy to accommodate our needs and really made us feel welcome. We had the family room which was huge, really clean, bed and pillows were very comfy (I'm very fussy with pillows). The only thing worth noting I think is that some rooms are located near the road so if you're a light sleeper, maybe bring some earplugs. Otherwise, probably best to request a room further from the road.
