Un lugar maravilloso El apartamento fue muy bien con el balcón con exposición sol Los empleados son muy simpáticos. La comida en el bar esta muy deliciosa La pisina tiene una buena exposición sol Muchas gracias a los empleados de la recepción en particular a Anna, Valeria y Lorenzo por su acogida muy cálido. Simpel, maar prima appartement met alle gemakken voorzien. Basic, Spaans appartement. Ook is er een leuk plaatsje of balkon buiten om in rust te zitten. Mooi zwembad en ligdek om te zonnen.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 settimane in novembre 2022. Posizione buona vicino al centro. Dove vi sono negozi ed una innumerevole serie di ristoranti di ogni tipo e comoda per fare passeggiate. L’appartamento essenziale, ma sarebbe da rimodernare. La cucina poco funzionale e dotata del minimo indispensabile, mancano molte attrezzature. Carina la zona piscina e la zona bar. Rapporto qualità prezzo abbastanza sufficiente. Una nota molto positiva per una cameriera italiana, della quale non ricordiamo il nome.

Se non avete pretese questo è il posto giusto. Gli appartamenti si trovano in una via adiacente alla via principale di Corralejo, per questo il posto è molto tranquillo ( 4 pallini per la posizione), in una settimana non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di schiamazzi, rumori, musica alta ecc. Di notte si dorme benissimo. Nel centro del complesso si trovano piscina e bar con prezzi nella media ( noi abbiamo mangiato solo una volta ma ci siamo trovate bene), piscina pulita. Gli appartamenti sono sicuramente da modernizzare, gli arredi basici, per cucinare c'è poco, un microonde e un frigo parecchio datati, ma tanto per noi che uscivamo la mattina e tornavamo la sera andava più che bene. Lo consiglio se non avete pretese.

We have just returned as a family (2a 3ch). We were allocated no 46 which was a poolside house basically with a massive outdoor area over the pool. We arrived late evening but the security saw that we were all checked in and happy. The apar**ent was basic, but very clean and spacious and everything we needed. Our front door lock had an issue and maintenance were quick to fix it. Beds comfy too. And we needed extra towels during our stay we just asked the maids and they were happy to help. We had a later flight and instead of leaving apar**ent at 12 they allowed us to leave at 3pm no extra charge so that was excellent too. Location is great loads of supermarkets and shops nearby. And restaurants. The artisan market is just along the street on a Sunday and Thursday. Overall I would recommend this place if your looking for a nice clean base.

3rd time staying at this complex Emailed twice in the run up asking for a suite on a particular side of the pool (preference) but sadly they didn’t accommodate this. Speedy checking in. Polite and helpful reception staff. The suite we got allocated was in need of renovation and was pretty tired. The family suites with a pool view are essentially a two story house! And you get the whole thing. Downstairs comprises of a toilet with shower, a well equipped kitchen, a large living area with tv which leads onto a private patio with chairs. Uostairs are two well sized double bedrooms, one with a walk in wardrobe and a large bathroom with bath / shower and a huge workspace with sink. One bedroom has a pool view plus a balcony and the rear has a view of a solarium area. Point to note, you just pay for the tv however thete is free wifi throughout the hotel. The pool is very cold and you need to get a sunbed earlier in the day for a decent spot however they free up periodically if you’re quick. Thete is a poolside bar serving hot and cold drinks plus a snack menu. Again great staff and friendly. The rooms were cleaned every other day. Location wise - 10 min walk to beach 5 min walk to start of the main ***** / street 5 min to a Burger King

Lovely looking apar**ents however you walk into the room and it was an eye sore Wardrobe with no doors Cooker didn't work however that wasn't a problem as I don't cook on holiday 10 euros deposit for a kettle but the toaster was free ???? Towels changed twice in a week Reception staff not very helpful Late flight home and you have to leave your luggage in the stock room in the pool side bar and collect it by 5pm Need to get changed aswell in the pool side bar toilets No vending machines in Reception On the plus side good location 👌

Lovely quiet complex even though full you would never have known. Great distance to walk to bars, restaurants and the beach. Breakfast and lunch available by the pool, food very good. Negatives no aircon but we were there when not needed, and the bar/restaurant closes at 5pm. Really lovely island.

The apar**ents are clean, tidy, and spacious .the pool area is kept clean and there are plenty sun loungers, there is also a bar that serves drinks meals and snacks 8:30 am to 5 pm.we only had on issue which was the fridge and after speaking to our jet2 rep they advised me to speak to the hotel team which I did and within half an hour a new fridge was deliver left to settle for an hour then plugged in for half an hour then it was up and running and the old one taken away very efficient in deed
