德倫酒店(HOTEL de LEN)

We decided with Hotel De Len as our 3D2N stay in Dolomites. The room was very clean and the hotel service was great. It is in a small town in Cortina and we could feel the warmth service from the team. The team did a small upgrade for us as it was our honeymoon and the morning view was great! Would totally stay here again if we ever visit Dolomites

Шикарный, новый , современный отель в центре города!!! Номера новые , чистота идеальная , уборка 2 раза в день! Постоянно балуют гостей отеля. в обед приносят в номера то чай, то печенье, то сенвичи! Завтраки потрясающие, все свежее и вкусное!!! На первом этаже зона где можно всегда выпить кофе, чай, соки, конфеты, пирог, фрукты и тд, почитать отдохнуть у камина . Потрясающее спа , 3 бани, с открытым джакузи , с потрясающими видами!!! Есть трансфер до подьемника. Все очень дружелюбные, улыбаются, сервис выше всех похвал! Обязательно порекомендую этот отель!

We LOVED Hotel de Len! Chic decor (a mix of Scandinavian/Italian with local touches - impressive mix of colors and textures, magazine-worthy). Super-comfy beds and pillows. Well-equipped minimalist bathrooms, with soaking tub and separate shower, heated floors. The food was amazing - over-the-top delicious (and included) breakfasts and lovely snacks at cocktail hour. The concierge service was so helpful, especially when we had a reservation mix up with Pia Tofana who wanted to charge us $300 for cancelling within 72 hours! The hotel helped explain the mix-up and negotiate on our behalf. The spa was incredible - we didn't book a service, my husband and I just used the hot tub and sauna, but it was lovely and immaculate and again really great design. The service was top-notch, warm, quick, and friendly. For instance, I came down on our 3rd day and the waitress brought me my coffee order, just how I liked it, without being prompted, because she remembered from the past day. Amazing. The service felt personal and intimate, which is so hard to find in big hotel chains. Our breakfast waitress waived good-bye to us from the restaurant window when she spotted our car pulling away! Just wonderfully nice people running a very upscale, design-focused hotel. We hope to be back!

Cercando un posto al chiuso dove fare aperitivo abbiamo deciso di provare il bar dell'hotel De Len. L'hotel ha dei bellissimi locali del tutto rinnovati, particolare l'idea di collocare il bar in un locale sotterraneo. Cocktail particolari e davvero molto buoni, grande scelta di ingredienti e originale l'idea del menù-carta da gioco...una menzione particolare per Giuseppe, bartender, che è stato estremamente gentile. Torneremo sicuramente, lo consiglio.

Every single thing about this place is first rate. The staff, the breakfast, the in-room snacks and beverages, the SPA (omg the spa). From the moment we checked in to the second we checked out, we were truly taken care of here. Do NOT miss the spa, trust me. Perhaps the coolest I’ve been to. Go at sunset if you can.

The Hotel de Len is a wonderful hotel in Cortina. The front desk staff are very helpful and the concierge, Laura, made our trip special with great tips for hiking and around town. We had a junior suite with a balcony which was very spacious. Definitely opt for the full included breakfast which allows you to choose your main dishes (the scrambled egg with speck was perfect) and includes pastries, fruit, ham, juice and more. The breakfast wait staff really work hard to remember your favorites and your coffee order. Our room also included an hour in the spa to sit in the multiple saunas, hot tub with an open air view and clever showers with scents. It was so much fun we booked it a second night. Perfect end to long days of hiking. We would definitely return.

The bathrooms are very spacious, especially by European standards. The attention to detail from the staff was outstanding; they went above and beyond to make us feel like valued guests, including providing chocolates and a bottle of wine in our room. The dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary delight, offering a diverse menu of delectable dishes. The in-house spa was the perfect ending for our day of hiking. And let's not forget the prime location – situated in the heart of the town, it made exploring local attractions a breeze. Hotel de Len truly exceeded our expectations in every way.

From the moment we arrived until our final departure, everyone at Hotel de Len went out of their way to welcome us and provide assistance and comfort. The level of customer service is exceptional—and the quality of food and experience is beautiful and somewhat rare these days. Truly a bespoke experience that is worth repeating!

Hotel de LEN is an amazing hotel. The staff is so friendly, the service is incredible, it is so clean. 10/10 recommend.
