We had our booking in this hotel and 2 days before we got an email saying they ate facing some issues with their rooms and they have booked us to another hotel. We were pretty understanding and we went to the other hotel which was overly subpar. We paid for a mountain view room and the view we got was next building and the bed was horrible. So, we checked out the hotel and we asked for a refund from the original hotel (hotel Panda) for one night that we didn't stay. The person in the front desk was terrible and as we were talking she asked us to leave otherwise she said she would call the police. Despite losing our money and having to stay at a subpar hotel,we were treated like dogs. (Attached the photo of the lady who has to learn manners and who is unfit to serve any customer). The story is not over. We called *********** through which we booked this hotel and they are completely unaware of this hotel change. THIS HOTEL IS SCAM. DON'T BOOK HERE!!!
