科斯塔梅薩 - 紐波特比奇艾爾斯酒店(Ayres Hotel Costa Mesa Newport Beach)

Poor wall board insulation that divided my room from the adjacent one. I could clearly hear the normal conversation voices coming from the next room at 6 am in the morning; very disappointing as the most treasured thing for staying at hotel is all about QUIET good rested, night sleep 🛌; on top of that low water pressure both in the shower 🚿 and in the bathroom sink; “wet paint” signs in the hallways; at least I got a free parking 🅿️ but it’ll end soon as well…

There r so many different compliments that come to mind but in 2 words; Absolutely Amazing, on every level. There is nothing the Ayres has 2 do 2 be the any better since they r the Best!!!

I would not recommend this place. I asked for 10 minutes past check out and the lady said no. She said I could stay for another hour for $30 plus tax. I was like no thank you. This place is quite pricey for lack of amenities

All my ratings, above, should be read as "good, plus". It is a property that is clearly above average, yet there are some imperfections. The TV is not the main amenity for a hotel room, but it is very annoying when it is difficult to use. While the units are modern and plentiful, the inability to scroll through, or individually select, or even identify a station among about 150 options is frustrating. The TV service sucks. But the restaurant is wonderful, the pool is fun, the computers and printers are useful, the nearby resources and activities are superior (i.e. shopping, eating, transportation, fun diversions, etc.). Try it you'll like it!

The room was comfortable and quiet (even though it's near the airport, all noise stopped by 9pm both nights I was there). Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had a great stay and would stay there again anytime.

Overall experience was good, only draw back is I asked for a king bed suite and was given a queen. But overall the stay was fine, the cleaning staff was the highlight they were on top of everything, very clean.
