莫林諾德瓜提薩酒店(Molino de Guatiza)

Excel·lent relació qualitat/preu. Molt bona localització.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet hôtel. Tout était très bien la chambre, la piscine, la proximité avec le centre et les boutiques et restaurants. Petit plus un télé connecté appréciable pour des programmes dans notre langue. La piscine est très bien entretenue avec beaucoup de transats. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Je recommande sans problème cet hôtel.

Hôtel à taille humaine, très propre, chambre spacieuse, personnel très agréable. Manque des portes manteaux dans la salle de bain et porte savon. Pas de prise dans la chambre.

La limpieza de la habitación muy escasa los exteriores muy bien

Was told the place is under new management. You pay for what you get. On arrival, we were so confused as the reception was empty, only to find out we had to walk down the road to another hotel reception just to check in! (This needs to be sorted) we were told to wait an hour and a half whilst the room was cleaned as it still wasn’t ready. Looks like the place is still undergoing refurbishment. The apar**ents are okay(ish). Not modern (which isn’t a problem). The only problems in the apar**ent really were the fact that the water constantly run out. There was only ever enough hot water for one person. The beds were very uncomfortable and thin mattresses, and only one VERY thin pillow per bed. Requested extra pillow but nothing was done. When windy, the front door and window kept banging loudly (so if you get room 11 on the ground floor I would suggest declining) On checkout, approached the reception, the lady was on the phone but asked if she could assist me - so I asked for a taxi to be called, for the lady to say she was speaking to a customer and to wait to see if she can get one. Not very professional in my opinion. The location is okay, maybe a 15/20 minute walk to the centre. Was told the pool is now heated, although couldn’t tell the difference. Don’t trust the pictures you see online as it is completely different. My best advice would be to spend that bit of extra money - and get yourself somewhere decent that would be closer to the town with better amenities.

Property is convenient for the town of Costa Teguise. Restaurants, shops and beaches are within easy short walking distance. It is family resort and as such is noisy during the day and into the evening, with children being left to play in the pool, which the apar**ents are around. The apar**ents are good value for money but are somewhat tired. The staff, who are not on site, but at the sister property across the road, are helpful.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but this apar**ent complex exceeded expectations. The flat is basic but very well equipped and the bed was very comfy. You can reach a large spar shop and the square and main beach area a 5 minute walk down the steps at the back of the complex and across the road and along the little path which takes you to the centre of the resort, there was a huge smart tv with bbc 1, 2, channels 4 and 5.. The complex is quiet and felt very safe. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a nice a**osphere. I would definitely stay here again.
