Hotel Annapurna

Une experience absolument catastrophique. Une arrivée aux odeurs de chlores écoeurantes. Un papier pain aux allures d’une cantine de l'école primaire, considérablement éloigné du standing d’un 4 étoiles a Courchevel. Aussi, des plats infectes. Le plat d’artichaut avec des morceaux de gras, sans une once de foie gras. Des desserts secs et servis brulés. Tout cela pour une misérable réduction de 15%! Inacceptable et tout bonnement abominable. Cet établissement ne mérite en aucun cas ses 4 étoiles, pour des tarifs mirobolants. A éviter

Superbe séjour, un emplacement de rêve et un service impeccable. Personnel au petit soin pour les grands et petits. Idéal pour les familles. Les restaurants nous ont conquis. L'accès ski au pieds est vraiment un plus ainsi que la piscine extérieure. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!!

Hôtel de très grande qualité. Idéalement situé au bord des pistes, il offre un magnifique panorama sur la montagne. C’est un hôtel familial, très chaleureux. Le personnel qualifié est très attentionné, le service de haute qualité. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est superbe ! Les chambres sont chaleureuses et très fonctionnelles. L’espace piscine très lumineux permet une détente totale et méritée après une journée de ski. Le ski room est top. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Don't choose this hotel! Our holiday was destroyed without any compensation. We are shocked by the management of this hotel. Cynicism and indifference to clients! Very weak level. We asked to speak with the General manager, but they refused, and others are not solving anything. This has never been seen anywhere in the world. We were from January 14-22, 2024 with a 3-year-old child in a family suite consisting of 2 rooms. We also stayed here last year. There were many disadvantages (weak room service, constantly cold tap water, strong disgusting smell from the bathrooms and the chemical smell of main playing room (the ice field room), but we decided not to change the hotel this year and in vain. On January 18, at the main entrance to the restaurant, where all breakfasts and dinners are held, a girl named Chiara/Kiara was placed, she was constantly coughing and sneezing, sore eyes and a red face, with a fever, absolutely sick and spreading the virus in the most crowded place! Nowadays this is a Crime. Instead of distance and quarantine, she worked all the time and communicated closely with people, insistently accompanied us to the table and followed us. She, being sick, tried to play with my son. Why is she doing this?! Why is management doing this?! My husband demanded that managers replace her Three times and they ignored us three times!!! On these dates the hotel was almost empty, with only 5 tables occupied for dinners. As a result, she passed on her virus to my son, the next day he fell ill with a temperature of 40, we called a doctor, he felt worse than ever, I had to give him an antibiotic for the first time. We had to be in quarantine in our room for the rest of the days, while that sick worker continued to work! Instead of at least some help or compensation, the hotel demanded money for every little thing. We always tip everyone. I don’t mind the money, but hotels of this level don’t do this anywhere! The hotel has posted photos about wearing masks and maintaining distance. But the workers themselves do not comply with this! Sick workers openly sneeze and cough without masks, without distance, without quarantine! In addition, like last year, the hotel has big problems with sewerage. Bad smell from all bathrooms. There is NO HOT water in the morning (it is impossible to wash the child between 7 and 16 hours, I waited 30 minutes and it did not become warm). Last year we were in a family suite on a different floor. It was the same. There is a strong chemical smell in the main playroom (-1st floor of The ice field room), it is impossible to stay there for more than 15 minutes.. Why the hotel does not make repairs is not clear. But the hotel made renovations in the restaurant.. Why?! The main problems had to be solved: sewerage and the playroom. This is not the place for people with children. This is an exquisite hotel for people who are looking for an extra special service. It is right on the slopes, so it is very easy to go in and out for skiing without having to take transportation. The SPA zone is also right on the slopes, so you can stay in the hot tube while collecting sun rays and looking at the amazing views around. The breakfast and dinner were very good and the cocktails at the lobby bar are a must. They come with a ton of snacks, olives, extra decorations and are very tasty. There is a free shuttle service 24/7 to the City Center, so anytime you want to go shopping or visit a restaurant/night club or back to the hotel, they come in less than 10 minutes. The whole lobby and outside areas are decorated with pieces of ART that make the stay even more pleasant. I used also the spa and massage services and the hair saloon - very happy with both The only minus is that reservation team is a huge disaster and a huge disappointment, but if you have the nerves and once you get to the hotel, you forget about them.

I have been staying at the Annapurna Hotel for 30 years. It is a warm, friendly, family owned property and the staff are always delightful. The location, directly on the piste, is a huge benefit. It is a child-friendly property, so kids are well supported. It is a quality 5-star hotel and is unpretentious. Highly recommended.

Outstanding New Restaurant at Hotel Annapurna. The restaurant menu and atmosphere has been transformed with the new menu from highly rated chef Jean Remi Caillon. The combination of flavours and textures is innovative and executed to perfection. The front of house team deliver service in a highly efficient but very friendly way. A delightful evening in a beautiful location. Highly recommended and I hope the new restaurant quickly gets the recognition it truly deserves.
