Parfait ! Hôtel idéalement situé au milieu des palaces. Les pistes et les remontées mécaniques sont en face. La piscine et le spa sont des plus agréables après une journée de ski. Le wifi est accessible de tout l’hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin avec les clients. Bref un super séjour au ski.

Merci à l équipe de the new solarium pour leur accueil. Un week-end prolongé réussi grâce aux cocktails de Diana, et aux conseils de Bryan. Merci c’était canon !!! Une demi pension notamment réussi grâce à Coralie, toujours présente pour nous accompagner quelque soit nos besoins. Merci à elle.

Emplacement idéalement situé sur les pistes, chambre petite mais confortable et propre, spa agréable. Par contre, ne mangez pas au restaurant de l’hôtel, la nourriture était vraiment pas bonne et le service médiocre.

The hotel is strategically located for a ski-in/out experience in Courchevel with close proximity to the Jardin Alpin gondola station and the centre of the village (you can walk down the road or the slopes or take the gondola). Welcoming reception team, super friendly, professional and attentive hosts. The fact that the reception desk is located 1 floor above the road level with no elevator could create an unpleasant surprise to some guests. Very nice breakfast with a selection of homemade quality food to satisfy almost all needs. The room was relatively small but very clean. The ski shop of the hotel is very professional and offers very good service with quality gear. Yes, it does require some "facelift" as apart from the lobby, it seems a bit outdated. The price charged is quite reasonable considering the fact that it offers an accomodation in Courchevel 1850. The wifi reception at the room was not always strong.

Went with CrystalSki as I frequently do and have to say it’s the worst hotel they have ever suggested. Hotel needs a huge facelift, the central heating wasn’t capable of keeping the place warm. But worst of all was the food. Poor quality and a real lack of choice on the menu that didn’t change. Complained to the rep and the company and got a significant refund as they acknowledged the problems as we weren’t the only ones to complain. On the plus side it’s a great ski in ski out location.

We have recently returned from staying at Le New Solarium, Courchevel 1850. This 3 star hotel is a rare but welcome find in Courchevel 1850. Yes, this hotel needs updating which I believe is due to happen, probably for next season, but we had a very comfortable stay with very courteous staff and in a fantastic ski in/ski out location. Opposite the Jardin Alpin you are immediately on the slopes with the entire access to the 3 Vallees ski area. The pool, sauna and steam room were a welcome respite after a hard day's skiing and the bar lounge for quick snacks were great. Recommend the cheese & charcuterie platter & a glass of Savoie. Only criticism is the fixed hairdryer in the bathroom and really regret not taking my own. The bedroom (very comfy bed), was not huge but as we were out all day, this didn't matter. Breakfast buffet selection was more than adequate and set us up for the day, with fresh orange juice machine, mueslis, meats, cheeses and selection of breads and pastries. The ski shop within the hotel was really helpful too. Overall, highly recommend this hotel and hopefully we'll return soon.

The location is amazing. The slopes are just close . The Hotel has a family spirit , not too big and not too small . The staff is very professional, very helpful and available. The food is excellent including breakfast . We highly recommended .

Best place in Courchevel 1850 in the middle of ski slopes! Confortable with fantastic team and high quality restaurant. very nice experience in 3 vallées with snow sun and good people of New Solarium Hotel

We stayed at this hotel for a week of ski in January. Its location is very good offerin ski-in ski-out option and just few meters from Jardin Alpin gondola taking you in one minute to Courchevel 1850 center and back from 8:35 am to 7:10 pm each day. On the other hand, the entire hotel needs urgent inves**ent as it looks like no inves**ent has been done for more than 20 years. It really looks dated everywhere (the photos tgey present on booking is clearly deceving), maybe with the exception of the lobby area. Then, the hotel is poorly run - in fact, with very little inve**ent but with a lot more care, it can look much better. To give you some examples - the shower in the SPA/pool area had no soap/shower gel for more than three days and they finally put it solely when we notified them/also, no drinking water in the area even though there are also 2 saunas there; 5 days out of the 7 we stayed in the hotel, nobody cleaned the sidewalk in front of the hotel and it was almost imposible to walk out of the hotel and in front of it (we had to find each time a narrow path created by the guests feet on a quite big snow)/what is even worse, the situation was almost the same everywhere in this pretended fancy resort, including the sidewalks in front of .... the luxury stores in the middle of tge resort (quite incredible for the prices they practice); the smell on the hotel's corridors was really awful and, instead of opening the doors to ensure ventilation, the used a room spray which solves nothing (we ended up by blocking ourselves the inside doors open in order to ensure ventilation but they kept closing them anyway as if they wanted to keep that awful smell inside)); internet quality is poor in all hotel while the TV channels were mostly not working; the carpet in the hotel seems dirty everywhere; the ski room has very dated facilities (strange old ski stalls and no heating systems for the boots/inside the ski room is warm but without boots heaters your boots will not be necessary dry the next day). Personnel was nice but we felt like there was no management at all at this hotel. A plus to be mentioned was the breakfast, a good one. All in all, an excellent located hotel, though dated and poorly run, very expensive for the quality offered.
