Very nice clean big rooms. Cozy and spacious. Easy check in and out. Great coffee and treats in the lobby. Only negative is all the toys in the lobby. My son wanted to play with them but we were told its the managers granddaughters toys that lives there. Why are they in the customer lobby then? Super unprofessional.

Everything was clean, and comfortable, but the bathroom is very strange, can hardly sit on the pot and close the door, no big deal, but very unprofessional!

Located close to beach with a great view of the ocean. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was very clean.

Clean room and spacious! Granted I did come in the off season in the middle of the week after a holiday so it was quiet!! I felt safe and everything is in walking distance annd I mean everything!! I did drive down to the beach and sat in the car with my hatch up and just soaked in the sea air for a few hrs!! Owners/managers live on site and were very kind. I’ll be back next year for sure.

I had a great time! The room was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable. One picky item is that all 3 table lamps had outlets but none of them had USB ports The ocean view was terrific. Everything you could possibly want was within walking distance. I would certainly go back again.

Hote room on 2nd floor had a great view of the beach/ocean, we had a room with two queen beds room was spacious and clean the beds were very comfortable and surprisingly there was not noise from the road, but upstairs occupants footsteps and conversations would often bleed into our room, overall I would stay there again if I could get the same rate the only negative is they do not have breakfast or any vending machines, also in and around the facility could be cleaned up more and more modernized.... everything needed is within walking distance from hotel.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel. The front desk team were very friendly, courteous and kind. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I brought my mom, who has dementia, and they were very understanding when I requested to switch rooms, when she was having a grumpy episode. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely rebook in the future.

We were impressed with the cleanliness & comfort of our ocean-view room. There were extra towels already in the room which normally I have to call the front desk to get clean towels but for a weekend stay, we had plenty of towels (including face cloths & hand towels) in the room. Front desk folks were very welcoming and friendly. The only thing I can say that I wasn't impressed with is the water pressure in the shower but I think that just goes with the territory. I would not only stay there again but definitely recommend it to others. :-)

The room was clean and comfortable, we had a great stay, the staff was friendly! We will stay there any time we go to Long Beach!

Beautiful, clean hotel with very comfortable beds. We had a blast, and it was spacious enough for us to make cold sandwiches for a picnic
