金塔新星酒莊 - 羅萊夏朵酒店(Quinta Nova Winery House - Relais & Châteaux)

這家酒店這次是太棒的體驗，我在葡萄牙為我的老闆預訂了 這家酒店，他在這家酒店遇到了最好的人，叫 Jorge Eiras,來自 Quinta Nova酒廠的住宿經理。我的老闆在那裡住了整整6個晚上。 在他逗留期間，他和他們一起度過了一個意想不到的美好時光。Jorge先生給了他很多的幫助和建議。當他在山谷裏想去尋找隱藏的小教堂時，Jorge説我們走吧，陪他步行一個半小時到了…… 、在最後一晚為他準備了特別的晚餐，甚至Jorge還親自把他送到火車站去下一個目的地波爾圖。真的很感謝他的大力協助，他甚至總結了所有到波爾圖的旅遊提示。他幫助我們完成了整個葡萄牙旅程， •並在美妙的杜羅河谷和神奇 的波爾圖市提供了美麗寶貴的體驗，包括你的聖誕夜晚餐的 餐廳……… •這是出乎意料的，真的非常感謝他們的熱情。 對於這樣的服務標準，我肯定會在不久的將來再次來到Quinta Nova. This hotel is fabulous amazing experience, I have reserved this for my boss in one of Portugal, he met the best man in this accomodation called Jorge Eiras from Quinta Nova Winery House Accommodation Manager. My boss stayed there totally 6 nights. And during his staying, he had such a unexpectable wonderful staying with them. And Mr. Jorge gave him a lot of assistances and suggestions on each way. And showed him their winery house, special hand mde jam for him. when he was in the valley and he wanted to go look for to the hidden chapel, and Jorge said let's go, it's an hour and a half by walking accompanying... spcial dinner for him at last night, even Jorge would drop him off for the train station by himself to the next destination Porto. It's truly appreciated on his great assistance, and he even summarized all the tour tip to Porto. Really appreciated on it, helped us through the entire guest journey and to provide beautiful experiences in the fabulous Douro valley and the fantastic city of Porto, including the restaurant for his Christmas Eve dinner...It was out of expectation, really really appreicated on their hospitality. And definitely, for this service standard, would come back to Quinta Nova in the near future.
