Location is nice and quiet but near the city center. Incomplete bathroom amenities but the room is clean and spacious.

It was a nice hotel and nice rooms! Really nice people but there were gnats in our room

The shower drain is partially clogged and won’t drain properly. We need breakfast before 7am in order to get to the soccer field on time, but the schedule says 7-10am…hopefully we can get it early. Check in seemed cumbersome, and we were told that we have to sign something at check out- not sure what that is, but we’re used to just checking out on an app or online. Staff seems mostly friendly but not flexible on policy at all. Early check in fee ($20/hr) is off-putting.

The great: breakfast attendant is wonderful. The good: suite was spacious enough for two adults and two big kids. Easy check-in, check-out. The bad: clogged bathroom sink, poor air circulation. Was 80 degrees when we got into the room and took very long time to cool down. The entire hotel was hot and stuffy with a mothball odor. For the rate we paid, I didn't expect to sweat indoors more than outdoors.

The check-in gentleman was very kind and polite. The grounds are nicely landscaped and clean. Your security is a high priority as there are many, many cameras that are being watched by the gentleman at the front desk.

Beautiful, clean, updated hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Close to the sights of quaint Covington, shopping and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would for sure come back when we are in town again. Very clean and the staff were very friendly.
