卡温頓歡朋酒店(Hampton Inn Covington)

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great. Covington has a nice historic downtown. Highly recommend visiting it if you have time.

The hotel is nice. I always enjoy the fitness room and breakfasts. Our A/C unit in the room this trip was so loud that it woke us each time the compressor came on. Probably needs servicing. The hotel also has a LARGE ball team + family members staying who were quite loud, in the halls and in their rooms (two of which were on either side of ours). Not necessarily the hotel's fault, however staff *did* know they were being too loud in the halls and common area. 🤔

Staff was very good. Facility is dated. Shower did not work. Every thing else was good.

It was a decent stay. Good breakfast and good employee presence. Our room had all you would expect and it was of good quality. I did notice that the faucet needed to be cleaned as the water had black flaking in it. Also, be advised that the office and office printer are not connected to the Hotel Wifi and requires you to hook up your own device to the Ethernet cabling. So it might be hard to get documents printed. They do have envelopes and any kind of packaging materials you'll need to mail items.

There were red stains on the bottom sheet of one of the two beds so we were unable to use that bed. And there was a large white stain on the carpet right beside that bed. The employees at the check in counter were wonderful and had great customer service skills. The location was very convenient.

Nice hotel for an *okay* price. Large breakfast with lots of options. Friendly staff. Nice rooms.

Daniel at the front desk was especially kind and helpful! All the staff were! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place!! Had a great stay and the staff was excellent!! The free cookies were nice too!😏
