Hotel was nice, room was clean, elevator was broke and 2 breakfast machine were broke too. But overall good experience.

Not sure what happened but they called me on my check out this morning and told me that they needed a credit card on file for my payment. I told the lady at the front desk that I had prepaid online and I have my confirmation. She said that she'd have her manager to call me

We went there for a convention over the weekend, where the town was basically booked at every hotel so it was a very busy weekend and the town knew this way ahead of time so I’m sure the hotel did too ..but when we got there they had only one elevator working (knowing what a busy weekend it was). I can’t believe they did not call to have an elevator fixed. One of the workers told me it was going to be fixed the next day, but it was broken our whole trip ! I never saw anybody there to work on it. one of the guys at the front counter that checked us in was not very friendly. There was also mud from the rain in the hotel, and somehow on the floor in our room when we checked in. Also the door to the bathroom when you open it also covers the mini fridge area, well for whatever reason the door does not stay open when you want it to (not really a big deal but you’d be surprised this became quite annoying throughout the stay). I have stayed at this hotel several times, and for the most part it is clean and comfortable this time these things were just a little aggravating because the hotel knew what a busy weekend This would be. you think they would’ve been more prepared.

Very convenient for our reason for visiting Covington, and extremely comfortable and wonderful room

Property is modern and well kept. Staff was cordial and helpful. Only issue is the scent that they use in their rooms is very strong. I’m sensitive to scented products and it was a little uncomfortable. The desk manager was very helpful and readily switched rooms for me. The new room was better.

It was convenient close by Walmart and a few restaurants. I don’t have any negative comments.

Great shower with curved door and nice Shower Head and Shower Valve Friendly staff Super Quiet room (maybe I was the loud one) Great breakfast The door security was a little suspicious Appeared to have been broken into Door did not seem secure Outside security was great I had to walk back out to my car from the back door and the secure team saw me and came across in their Blue Light Car to check things out Made me feel good

Our room had a broken air/heat unit and the tub drain was broke but we were moved to another room Which the door had to be slammed to closed but we were to tired to move again. It’s an ok hotel for short stay
