科蘇梅爾精品海邊B酒店(Hotel B Cozumel)

Todo súper bien. Lo único fue la cena de navidad que nos dijeron que podíamos cenar a la carta sin el MENÚ ESPECIAL y después de una hora nunca nos atendieron solo atendían a los de la cena navideña y nos fuimos al centro. Eso estuvo fatal

Nos gustó el concepto ecofriendly del hotel pero nos decepcionó mucho la limpieza principalmente de nuestro habitación. En cuestión de alimentos, las opciones eran limitadas y las porciones eran pequeñas, adicionalmente el sabor no era el mejor.

Es la segunda vez que llego a este hotel, el personal es muy amable, la comida es buena, fui con mi labrador y todos fueron muy amables y atentos, nadie le puso cara y eso le hace muy feliz

Falta de empatía de la Manager aun viéndonos atravesar un problema, no quisieron hacer early check in y encima vendieron a otro huesped la noche que me cobraron, no tuvieron muestras de solidaridad en ningún momento, el unico que destacó fue el guardavidas Emir, el único

Excelente hotel, bien sus áreas y acceso al mar, rica comida, pero tardan mucho en servir, esto es algo que sí deben mejorar. Sus instalaciones son muy buenas, pero el edificio viejo ya necesita una remodelación, sí es cómodo, pero en comparación con la parte nueva, sí deja que desear.

The room we got for the price on here was a horrible room. It should not even be available as a room. It smelled like mildew, the water didn’t work, and it is probably for staff when they are stuck at work. We were offered an upgrade if we wanted to pay extra, which we ended up doing after the fact, because it was that bad.

Hotel B is the hotel to visit when needing to get away & unwind. Daily yoga w/ a beautiful ocean view, spa that you can melt in, onsite restaurant but everyone is sooooo nice. The view is to die for! Only thing i would change is being aware of discount,promotion & the free breakfast. They didnt tell us all the details up-front & reminders

Views! This hotel is part of the northern hotel chain. It is in a more quiet part of town but it is right on the water with unobstructed views. Stunning sunsets! You will need a car to get around town if you stay here but it beats dealing with the daily cruise ship crowd… The facility is basically 2 separate hotels, the older side and a new side. We stayed in the older side now designated for families and the new side is for adults only. The access to the ocean, restaurant and “beach” were open to all. You could tell the family side was older but we were still comfortable and the pool was beautiful. The views were stunning anywhere in the hotel. Not sure what the VIP part of the service was but the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Just don't. I paid for a room with sea view. Almost $200 USD a night. I got a ground floor room with view to the pool and a giant bush. The sliding glassdoor was broken since someone had obviously tried to break in there previously. I lost 2 days of vacation with my family just waiting around for the right room, for them to fix that sliding door on the ground floor. The bathroom smelled like sewer and the door was just rotten. Th rest of the room was really ugly. When I finally was moved to the room I paid for, I was told that I had been "upgraded". However, the new room had a connecting door to a service room where I can hear the workers talk and watch tv at night. Also, at thew new room, there was a construction worker who almost saw me naked from my bathroom window. The manager refused to give us any money back for us to go to another hotel and said they have a no refund policy. The manager said they were overbooked. A lot more happened.. just don't waste your vacation here.
