We spent one evening there, and we did not feel our stay was “up to Holiday Inn Express & Suites” standards that we are used to. Bathroom sink faucet was loose (hard to imaging housekeeper did not notice & report) No maintenance to repair until the next day. Noisy water noise in the wall beside the bed. Room above us was noisy until 4 am. Breakfast was sub par & coffee was very weak. Overall, staff was friendly, but did not seem concerned with the issues we addressed.

First, the hotel smelled of dogs/pets. The smell in the room was so intense that it made it difficult, if not impossible to sleep. Dogs were everywhere, but I had no idea that this was a pet friendly facility.Soundproofing in the building was also non-existent. Doors to the other rooms in my hall could be heard opening, closing and slamming at ALL hours of the night! (probably because the dogs had to be let out to go to the bathroom at all hours!) The staff was friendly enough, but the price you will probably be required to pay is NOT worth the negative experience you will likely have.

We checked in and immediately noticed the bathroom looked filthy. Come to find that the contractor that did the remodel did a crap job and they are fighting with them over it. Bottom line was the tiles were stained and looked gnarly.

while the staff was kind the room was awful - the air conditioner stunk like wet dog/sweaty socks because it needs the coils cleaned - black mold in the shower - floors not clean

Second time I’ve stayed here. Always clean with friendly staff and delicious breakfast with lots of choices.

At check in there was no assistance available. Only a phone that looped stating that extension is not available, transferring to operator. No operator, I had to dial directly from my cell phone to reach a person to help me check in. The time was 8:30 in the evening.

We stay in Holiday Inns often. This particular one is one of the very nicest we've been to which we highly appreciate.

Our room appeared to have just had carpets cleaned bc they were still wet, the room smelled bad, and eveything including bedding felt wet

Flight delays for two days – mixed up car rental reservation at the airport – Holiday Inn came through like a champion. Our stay was great.
