Amazing place with amazing view. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved it!!

There was no hot water for my shower! I went to the front desk at 7:10 and told them the problem. They said there maintenance man doesn’t get in till 8:00. I asked for a discount and the lady said her manager doesn’t get in till 10:30-11:00.. I won’t be there….

Though the staff were super nice there were issues. The first being that we had to lift our heavy luggage down a flight of stairs to get to our room, no elevator on the property. The second was our room door was unlocked and ajar. The third was our shock of having no air conditioning or window to open. The room was stuffy and humid and had sliding glass doors that if you left open who knows what could get in your room. The staff said there is a fan to circulate air, no benefit to blow stuffy air and the fan blades had caked dirt on them.The fourth was the description of a continental breakfast. It was a bagged breakfast and with little options, primarily a bagel. This was the fourth hotel on our vacation and was definitely the worst.

Do not stay here if you need an accessible room- two of the rooms advertised as ADA compliant are not. The bathroom has a small tub with no grab bars, and you could not maneuver a wheelchair into the bathroom. Apparently this was a recent remodel, so it is a flagrant disregard for disabled guests' safety and experience.

Room was clean, equipped with everything you need… bed was nice and firm… location is great, view is spectacular. The receptionist was super nice and helpful… nice touch on “breakfast to go “… highly highly recommended!

The service was good. You can fill out a menu for a ready made breakfast to enjoy. Comes in a bag not a sit down restaurant but that was fine. Room was clean nice view our to harbor.

Much nicer amenities than I was expecting in the bathroom and on the beds. Staff members were very helpful when asked about the community.

It would have been a great help to have someone on staff to help with hauling luggage up the stairs, since there were no elevators.

Mindy at the front desk was welcoming and wonderful. Our room is brand new and has a great view of town and the bay. What a gem.
