Front desk lady Jen cared and helped when i booked the wrong day for my reservation..they really care about their guests

The room of course didn’t look anything like the pictures on this website. The floors were sticky. The sheets are stained up with God knows what.The couch was so stained and disgusting. I didn’t set anything on it. Check out is at 11. The front desk was calling me by 10 o’clock to see if I was going to stay another day by 1015 the cleaning lady was banging on my door. I had to yell through the door that someone was in here for like five minutes because she didn’t speak English. Then again at 10:40 she was banging on the door again. So I was yelling through the door. Someone was still in here . Then again at 10 to 11 the same cleaning lady and a man were banging on my door. So again for the third time I was yelling through the door. Someone was in here. All of that ended up putting me behind getting ready. I ended up having to pay an extra $25 to finish getting ready.

Reasonable rates. Also offers smoking rooms, microwaves, and refrigerator. However the rooms are older and could use updating.

The front desk clergy's were all very nice, supportive, helpful . JENNIFER ALWAYS MADE SURE THINGS WERE CLEAN AND IN ORDER... I AM A FREQUENT VISITOR

Check-in by Wendy was excellant as usual. When our door lock wouldn't open, she came tothe door and reset the lock. The room had been updated with new finishes and was nicer then many Holiday Inns that I have stayed at.

The sheets were dirty and hair all in the bath tub and old food still in fridge

The previous reviews had to be bogus, this is a dump. Black mold on wall bases, it was painted over but could still be seen, the plantation type shutters didn't close totally, drapes were just decorative side panels didnt pull across, you could see into and out of the window. The noise outside the doors all might sounded like a mixture of deals, arguements and banging of doors. When i looked outside i felt frightened and worried about what i had gotten myself into. When I told the receptionist about my nigh**are night, she responded the noise was high school students celebrating graduation. (In November???,)..this hotel seems dangerous, hostile looking hangers on giving me dirty looks..bad, bad experience..the previous reviews have to be selfcreated...do not stay in this hostile dirty place and no bkfast!!!

lacking sports football channeis. .The room is cleaned or strayed with very strong deodorizer not to good with asthma 😕

Great hotel for a good price on a road trip. Air conditioner was on full blast even after turning it to 72, making the room quite cold, otherwise very clean and comfortable.
