Had an overnight spa break with my sister, the treatments, staff and spa were great and relaxing. It’s the second time we have stayed at Crewe Hall. The rooms are comfortable, although there was no heating which wasn’t mentioned to us until we called reception to ask why it wasn’t working. A heater was sent up to our room. When having our evening meal the beef was inedible so we sent it back and chose something else which was very nice. Breakfast was extremely busy and I had trouble getting a cup and a teaspoon and we decided not to bother with breakfast in the end. We have done a few Q hotel spas but will not go back to this one.

工作人員很好,房間和其他一些區域真的可以進行翻新。淋浴壓力很大,雖然....房間的隔音效果不太好。我認爲假火烈鳥需要交換一些真正的鴨子。食物還可以,但早餐是好。週邊不錯。會再次入住後重新裝修。
