Lebada豪華度假村及Spa(Lebada Luxury Resort & Spa)

Extremely disappointed of services ! We were 4 persons: me my wife and our kids (9-11). After boat let us on resort we had a free drink, nice people. After we all proceed to reception where we wait for 30 min to pay and receive all necessary. We had to leave and return after 1 hour because girls from reception cannot manage faster 10 families. After reception passed was already 1330 (lost precious time to spend with family in a 5 stars resort) . We had one lunch free from pachet, surprise we had to wait again because the restaurant did not know this (very poor coordination ). After lunch was already 1""500 and we want to go for swimming pool, as we had no room, there was no facility working to change our clothes and put them in a locker. After 30-40 min of annoying (ping-pong) from reception to pool bar, manager come and he could not make together with repair-man locker working. Finally one locker wanted to work and we join swimming pool around 16:30. You can image how was the mood after all this. We enjoy the pool and jacuzzi till 1800 when we had to wash, dry, change to prepare going back, as the boat was scheduled 1900. There were 2 sauna, both of them NOT WORKING, in one was 40 deg and the other one 60 deg and a smell of ointment, impossible to stay. The only good place was SPA, nice massage done by a Nepalese practitioner. aaaah, we try to play Pool, there are 2 tables, only 2 pool cue was OK, all the others missing the tip. My impression was that all stuff were at lowest costs, 5 stars resorts have different approach. Also ladies from reception need to be proper trained, rude answers have no place in a 5 stars hotel.

Nice facility , but POOR SERVICES !!!!!! Unless you want to spend 12 hours in a pool, you’ll get pretty quick bored to death. All the excursions on the canals advertised on site are just a way to catch your attention. The only available guide was in vacation , in the middle of July and any trip we were interested was not available unless 4 other guests were joining us. We stayed 4 days ( 3 too many) and were forced to schedule a private boat in order to see something. The only trip organized by the resort dumped us on the edge of a small village and showed us the direction of listed attraction. Incidentally, I asked about the village, history and vicinity and been told to search on google. Hidden expenses galore! To reach the resort was around $100.00 added on our exit balance. Concierge is a joke! What surprised me the most was the fact that even the employees do not believe that the place is a 5 star. Jokingly they give “ 3 Margarete “.Would I recommend this site ????? ABSOLUTELY NOT!

We had a great stay at Lebada. It is a beautiful place but lacks the class of a true 5* resort. Pros: - Beautiful location - Friendly staff (Particularly the Nepalese & Sri Lankans and Ana, Concierge Manager) - Amazing massages - Good food Cons: - Unhelpful reception. We asked for help to arrange a ferry for our arrival but we were told we could pay €250 for a private boat or otherwise we’d have to google it ourselves. Thankfully our much more professional hotel in Bucharest helped us book that (and was only €15 per person). - Terrible tour. We had a bad tour of the Letea forest where the guide didn’t speak English, despite us specifically asking for one. However, they kindly refunded the cost. - We were told they also charge local tour guides €100 to pick up guests from their pontoon, so you are effectively a prisoner at the resort! - Awful music in all the restaurants and at the pool, really loud as well. There’s only so many renditions of Celine Dion’s My Heart Will Go On one can handle. - They have loads of peacocks and cockerels which are noisy and aren’t native birds.

A l’arrivée on a été très bien accueilli. La suite nous avons réservé été assez petit pour 5 personne donc la réception à vite effectué le changement pour le bungalow plus grand. Le petit déjeuner assez diversifié et 3 restaurants aux choix pour le déjeuner et donner. Les animateurs super sympas et les activités pour les enfants bien organisés. Les piscines assez grandes (extérieur et intérieur). Les lieux très bien entretenue et propre,l’équipe sympathique en général mais il y a des personnes de l’équipe qui ne parle pas du tout roumain ou même l’anglais très basique(c’est étonnant que quelqu’un à la réception la nuit ne parle pas roumain). L’excursion en Delta avec Constantin c’est très bien passé (un grand merci!!) et Anna est quelqu’un très professionnel et peut trouver vite des solutions si besoin. Nous avons vécue toutefois une escapade inoubliable dans un milieu unique !!!

Dies wird eine lange Beschreibung - fair und unfair zu gleich. Die wichtigsten Fragen vorne weg: 1) Ist es ein 5-Sterne-Hotel? Ja, das ist es. Es ist ein sehr schönes, grosszügig angelegtes Hotel, dass technisch alle Voraussetzungen erfüllt. 2) Ist es ein echtes 5-Sterne-Hotel? Nein, das ist es nicht. Was allein am Hotelmanagement liegt. Jedes Hotel legt über seine Preispolitik fest, was für Gäste es mehrheitlich haben möchte. Dieses Hotel richtet sich an die obere Mittelschicht bzw die Auslandsrumänen mit normalem Einkommen. Entsprechend angenehm sind die Preise in den 3 Restaurants, an der Poolbar oder im Massage-Bereich. Wer also Lust hat, 5-Sterne-Infrastruktur zu einem 4-Sterne-Ambiente zu bekommen (so wie wir), ist genau richtig. Wer jedoch ein elitäres 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet, der sollte sich nach Alternativen umschauen. Was lohnt sich über das Hotel zu erzählen? Es ist ziemlich neu - und das Management sowie der grösste Teil des Personals versucht sich das erste Mal an einem 5-Sterne-Konzept. Man könnte auch sagen: es ist ein 5S in Ausbildung.Entsprechend wird viel ausprobiert, getestet. Viele Sachen klappen sehr gut, andere Sachen sind verbesserungswürdig. Aber im Grunde genommen ist es ein liebevoll geführtes Hotel mit sehr engagiertem Personal (Mischung aus Rumänen und Gastarbeitern aus Sri Lanka und Nepal (zB den Masseuren)). Highlights sind sicherlich die Massagen, die 3 Restaurants (wobei die Bauchtänzerinnen im lebanesischen Teil nicht unbedingt sein müssten), die privaten Bootstouren (Preise setzen sich zusammen aus - unterwegs, parking-Preis, wobei der zweite ca. 50% günstiger ist als der erste; dadurch lohnen sich auch Privattouren zB nach Sulina mit Strandbesuch). Auch die Räume sind sehr liebevoll gestaltet - wenn auch nicht immer logisch und architekonischem Sachverstand...) Natürlich kann man auch Standardtouren buchen, die sind zeitlich jedoch eher knapp bemessen - und zumindest die Outdoortour zu den Pferden könnte sicherlich ein Upgrade beim Fuhrpark vertragen, um dem Anspruch "5S" gerecht zu werden... Dazu gibt es einen ziemlich grossen Spielbereich für Kids. Allerdings hatten wir unsre Kinder outgesourct, so dass die "Spezialisten" hierzu kein Feedback geben konnten. Soweit die "Kurzfassung"...

Très beau lieu, mais service général de mauvaise qualité. Dans les restaurants on est servi par de jeunes étudiants charmants, mais pas des professionnels de l'hôtellerie.Pour un 5 étoiles , un minimum de management aurait été bienvenu.

The resort is excelent in all ways, all the staff is friendly and very helpful. It is very clean, even the outside areas, leaves were being brushed more than once a day. The 4 restaurants offered a great variety of food and everything was very tasty.

Very nice resort, very well maintained gardens, good spa, comfortable rooms ( the top rooms). Now the bad things Starting with the moment you step on the property you are a turkey who has to leave all his feathers (mean money) there, except the case that you have arrived with your boat there, you have to pay 250 EURO/hour to rent a boat from the resort in order to visit something in the Delta, if you try to find a boat from another source you have to pay every time you get the boat on shore between 1000 and 1500 ron. The restaurants are really nice, breakfast is good, good food all others meals but.... the price, .... the prices are huge and again you can't go anywhere else to eat because you have to pay 250 EURO/hour the boat. And now the big ending, we have booked Bungalow witch is 300 Euros per day, very nice room, big, cosy, whit a nice terrace directly on the river, and on the terrace a very nice hot tub. So far all good, the surprise was at check out when we found out that we have to pay extra 250 Euro for using the hot tub three days.

Lebădă Resort is a modern and very well organised resort located on an island at the crossroad of Old Danube with Sulina cannel. It is unique because it had a real 5 star standard in an wild sorounding. The 3 restaurants are offering different atmosphere but very good menus. All the stuff l is very kind and proffesional: - reception desk is perfect; - Nepales and Sri Lanka employees are very polite; - people like Ionuț or Petru are welocoming you at the main Lebada restaurant; - Costică and Traian as pilots of the boats and very knolegeble of the labirinth of Danube Delta; - Ana from concierge is the soul of the resort and Ana organising the evening fire is the smile of it; - the chefs from EL FOUAD Restaurant: mr El Fouad and Mohammad are cooking the best Lebanese food in Romania. The accomodation and the Spa facilities have very good standards, too.
