Tutto bene peccato che per andare in piscina o al ristorante non c è una tettoia e se piove ci si bagna completamente. Servizio impeccabile e tutti molto cortesi e disponibili. Appartamento super.

Eravamo già stati ad ottobre e il servizio era buono. Questa volta non ci è stato pulito l'appartamento, ho mandato nella stessa giornata una mail chiedendo il motivo, nessuno si è mai degnato di rispondere. Il parcheggio assegnato era lontanissimo. Lunedì mattina ho chiesto le uova con bacon, ci hanno messo 35 minuti per servirle, ho protestato e mi è stato detto che c'era molta gente. Quelli a fianco 6 persone, non italiane, sono state servite in 11 minuti. Venerdì sera abbiamo aspettato una vita per il secondo e 36 euro per 4 calici di malvasia mi sembrano eccessivi. Per fortuna c'è la zona spa per rilassarsi. Comunque al check out ho fatto presente che la camera non era stata pulita, ma non ho avuto nessuna spiegazione. Mah.....

Nuovissima e lussureggiante struttura con appartamenti e ville dotati di ogni confort. Splendide ed enormi piscine dove il divertimento è assicurato per i più piccoli e dove la meraviglia e il relax regnano alla skypool rooftop, dove i bambini possono accedere solo con firma dei genitori. Ottimo servizio ristorazione al rooftop con ristorante di alto livello, un po’ meno i due ristoranti bordo Garden pool. Servizio certamente da migliorare sia per quanto riguarda le cameriere ai piani e in sala, ma lascio comunque i 5 pallini perché siamo stati talmente bene e considerato che avevano aperto da poche settimane, che non mi par giusto penalizzare con un simile potenziale. Consiglio di inserire un mini market nel resort.

Three days of service horror in the restaurant in the morning. First day we were ensured it is busy day and that is why we waited for the breakfast coffee to arrive 20 minutes. Well they absolutely broke the record on second day with 35 minutes. Third day it was a pleasant waiting time of 20 minutes again. Eggs came cold each day. We received another tables order on the third day. Floors were like a pigsty during Easter breakfast and no one from the service bothered to dod anything about it. Just looking at other reviews it seems it is an ongoing problem. Reception staff is ok, but for a resort should be much more pleasant and supportive with information and luggage. Rooms are perfect but do lack in isolation as we were able to hear our neighbors make sweet love (good job neighbors).

Terrible Swimmingpool area with no surveillance. We were completely wet. Children jumping (and also adults) in the pool although it is forbidden. No staff present. Really disappointing for such hotel. If you want to rest don’t come here.

A lovely space, but you can see that they're still growing into their rhythm. We arrived just after 6pm, so the 2 night managers was already on duty. The lady helping us check-in was not confident in the process yet, and continuously asked her colleague about steps she was taking - which made check-in quite long. However, they both were helpful and professionally friendly. The room we received was absolutely great. It's a whole apartment, with a kitchenette and even a washing machine included - which was superb to travel further after our stay with a fresh set of clothes. There is also the option for the resort to do your washing for you, should you wish. The AC is sleekly built into the walls for a nice, modern finish - and a cool room in the Croatian / Slovenian summer heat. Breakfast is amazing - a wide variety of choice between different seasonal fruits, the 'European Standard' of mueslis, yoghurts, breads, and cheeses, along with other 'experimentally healthy' things like chia puddings. There's even desserts at the breakfast buffet, like freshly baked cakes. And they have vegan mylks available - both freely on the buffet, as well as on request for coffee orders. Lunches and dinners are a bit more limited. The Rooftop Restaurant only opens for lunch at 14:00. There is the option to have sushi or pizza at the ground floor pool restaurant from 12:00, but this is a very limited menu. The food itself was good, though, and the restaurant staff friendly. The Resort has a shuttle from the hotel itself to their semi-private beach area. However, it's a quite short walk of about 200m, if you don't want to wait for a shuttle. There is another restaurant / club area at the beach for drinks and food. TIP: When using the public facilities, eg. the infinity pool / gym areas, do so in the morning. During the afternoon, the pool area(s) is packed with no sunbeds or space left. When settling on a sunbed, the staff comes by and offers swimming towels to the guests.

Hotel Petram exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by extremely friendly staff that made us feel right at home. Our studio accommodation was exceptional: a comfortable bed, warm blanket, and high-quality pillows ensured a perfect night's sleep, complemented by tasteful decor. One of the standout features was the direct access to the rooftop pool from our apartment - truly a unique experience. The food at the hotel is outstanding, with a special mention to the delicious tuna steak and pasta served in the 4th-floor restaurant. Despite arriving late, Mr. Goran welcomed us with a big smile and ensured we felt thoroughly taken care of. The rest of the waitstaff were equally gracious, particularly a kind lady from Macedonia whose name unfortunately escapes me. Comparing to my experiences with other hotels this summer, Hotel Petram truly places service and hospitality at the forefront, along with their superb cuisine. A highlight worth mentioning is the infinity pool on the 4th floor, complete with a fitness center, offering breathtaking views of the Slovenian coast. Kudos to the entire Hotel Petram team. I sincerely hope you maintain this level of service quality. All the best, and I'll surely be returning!
