水晶城行政酒店(Executive Inn)

Never checked in. They had a sign at night window. No vacancy. Rang bell 3 times. Nothing. Called *******. Agent was no help. Supposedly there was a room available. This place needs to answer the bell. Or take the stupid sign off the window. I asked for a refund. Was not given one. That’s rediculous. I will never use ******* again.

Susie in the office is both professional & personable! Enjoyed visiting with her on our 2nd stay at this motel. Spacious & clean rooms. Reasonable price for the area, other hotels charging 2-3 times more. Plenty of door to room parking. Property in fair shape considering it looks dated from the outside, they take care to keep area clean & pleasant!

property is old, can tell by second floor stairs that is falling apart. Website information says continental breakfast is served and staff says there is NO breakfast and they have told the owners and they do NOT listen to take it off the website. The people running the place are GREAT!!!! and the Bed is EXCELLENT but I stayed in room 101 and bed is up against the wall and made it hard for me to get up when wife is sleeping with me....

The stay was average but was terrible was the toilet it wasnt fully atached to the wall it was soo wigly it felt that it was going to break.

A little noisy with traffic on the road and thin walls between the rooms.

Good service all around, stayed here a few times already. Would recommend if need to spend a night.

Overall it was comfortable and close to restaurants, location was convenient.

Never stayed there good beds smoke alarm was beeping and I disconnected it other than that good experience

When I arrived to check in around 6 pm - the hotel was closed and had to wait 2 plus hours for someone to arrive. Unacceptable !!!! Photos of hotel and rooms were very different from online pictures
