酒店地理位置好，附近有購物中心和餐飲服務，步行即可到達；房間寬敞整潔，乾淨衞生；設施完善舒適；前台服務人員態度親切友好！

酒店設施及房間很舊，灰沉沉感覺，衛生一般，酒店附近沒什麼也沒有，早餐選擇少，質素一般，服務態度還可，但不推薦入住。

Great place to stay near LAX. Room was spacious and very clean.

便宜的地方。不友好的工作人員。很多附加組件。嘈雜的房間。不會回來了。

There was no mention of construction activity at the hotel when I booked the room. To make matters worse, there was no running water when we checked in because a construction worker cut the wrong pipe. Then, we were rudely awakened at 8am with loud construction noises in the floor above us. They put us in a room directly below the construction. Staff was less than helpful and pretty much played dumb. We checked out early, as did most of the hotel as there was an exodus to leave when we left. Normally a nice hotel, but I doubt I'll be back because of the lack of notice and poor communication from staff.

I might be a little unfair in my overall rating, but for a room (with taxes) that cost $250 for a weeknight, I really expect a better shower head. The shower head absolutely ******. And horrible water pressure. I know we in California have regulations in place regarding shower head and faucet flows; however, I have a Home Depot $30 shower head in my home and it's quite good. Even has 6 settings. There is just no reason for a $250 room per night to have such an inferior shower head. I won't stay here again because of this. Other than this, it was fine. Front staff very nice. Oh, and the listing for this property charges $25 for parking in their lot (and you kind of have to, there isn't really street parking nearby). The hotel should be sure this is listed in their amenities at Travelocity and elsewhere. So that we are not taken by surprise with this.

Good hotel with small restaurant in lobby. Bed was comfortable. I would have given higher rating if the AC worked better and the parking was included.The room was too hot to sleep comfortably. Also $25 per night parking is ridiculous when you are staying in the hotel!

I was in a bind. Booked this because it was cheap for the day off. First $25 parking not good. Room smelled musty. Drain pipe under bathroom sink leaking. Looked under there and saw tape around the pipe. AC in room super noisy. Book somewhere else.
