農莊酒店(Grange Hotel)

接待人員奧馬爾很友好，樂於助人。房間寬敞乾淨。它有 2 個風扇，這確實有幫助。早餐整體不錯。酒店周圍的景色很漂亮。 只是發現浴室安靜過時，浴室的清潔度也不好。浴室襯墊非常黏。第二天我確實要求客房清潔服務，但被忽略了。

I feel that you were hoping the building would blinker us to the inadequacies that we experienced. We were allocated a different room, which was small, poorly lit, overpowering furnishings for the size, dangerous hot tap, loose toilet seat, its saving grace was an opening window. When we mentioned our room had not been cleaned the receptionist pointed to a small card on the desk regarding same and that we were to use the trolley left on the landing each morning to collect drink and biscuit refills. No room/bathroom cleaning during our stay. Breakfast was adequate and it was noticeable that the atmosphere was not one of calm and efficiency. On an evening one barman and a trainee were doing their best to cope with drinks and food orders. During the afternoon went inside to get a drink and waited for service. During this time 4 members of staff spoke to him and went to look for someone to serve and nobody returned. Other guests had the same experience. While sitting in the garden it was obvious how desperate it was for attention and the trees needed trimming/felling to provide the stunning views the house was built for. The evening meal was an over priced disapointment to finish off our stay. Looking back I feel its such a sad place and the current owners need to put some work into it.

1 night stay using Tesco clubcard points. Beautiful room & great service. Hotel was very busy due to a wedding but that didnt cause any issues. Good location, only short walk to centre. Breakfast good selection. Evening meal good although could have had wider selection.

We had a lovely stay at the Grange hotel. The stay was near perfect; the room was lovely and spotless, the grounds are breathtaking, the spa was relaxing. It is very close to the main town shops and restaurants. The only 2 things that could have been better were the room was quite hot (radiator was off) so we had to have the window wide open the whole stay to cool it down, and the steam room in the spa didn’t seem to be working. Apart from these minor things everything was fantastic. I would definitely come back and stay again, and will recommend to others to do the same!

Surprisingly nice place in a surprisingly nice environment. Very easy to get to from London and just across the road from Grange-Over-Sands station. Surrounded by trees and a nice garden which because of the rain I didn't get a chance to explore. Breakfast is OK, dinner is a super delicious affair with good choices on the menu. The restaurant is impressive. It is only a short walk to the bay or the town itself. I was allocated a rather nice and very spacious room with a huge bed with no view to speak of, just the green trees of the gardens, which was great as well. My stay of only a few days worked miracles after the limitations of the past few years. It was nice to enjoy a few pre-dinner drinks in the huge chairs in the bar or the squishy sofas dotted around.

I really like the hotel and the rooms are lovely. The only issue I have is the overwhelming smell of chlorine which sometimes you can smell throughout the downstairs in the hotel. I have been swimming before and it did hurt my eyes so I didn’t try it again. Staff are very nice and attentive. Drinks are very expensive. Housekeeping was missed one day which was rather disappointing. The evening meal was on offer and was very nice but again would be expensive at normal price. There were no weddings on and I have found that when they are normal residents do not get the same level or standard of service.

Beautiful property set in lovely gardens, our rooms were amazing. Nice spa with pool, sauna, steam room etc. Good buffet breakfast.

From the moment we checked in till the moment we left the staff could not have been better. The food was amazing and the leisure facilites where an added bonus. A great place to relax and enjoy the wonderful surroundings.

The hotel is lovely , but unfortunately our room felt like it was a cupboard unger the stairs. View from both windows was a brick building Room 118 to be avoided
