庫斯科聯合酒店(Union Hotel Cusco)

O pessoal do atendimento, recepção, café da manhã e limpeza, excelentes e muito atenciosos. O hotel, bem situado, com um happy hour diário, com música muito agradável. Café da manhã excelente, quartos limpos, grandes e confortáveis. Recomendo muito!

We stayed 2 nights at Union Hotel separated by a trip to Machu Picchu. The staff was kind enough to store our extra backpacks while we traveled and had them waiting for us in our new room upon return. We enjoyed drinking cocoa tea in the courtyard and listening to live music at night. Comfortable beds, very clean rooms. Great breakfast options. I would definitely stay here again.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the historic centre, market and convenience stores. The down sides are: life music is everyday, it would be nice on weekends only; wifi was not great, it was spotty at best; the restaurant…good breakfast buffet included but the rest of the meals are too pricy and slow service. We opted to go out and about instead. Overall I would still be back!

Location is good close to San Pedro market.staffs are very friendly. Enjoyed the pisco sour welcome drink part of the VIP access from *******. 24 hr hot water available.live music is great

Estadia incrível. Todos os funcionários muito atenciosos e solícitos. Excelente localização, próximo a plaza das armas, mercado San Pedro e estação de trem. Além disso, um ótimo café da manhã.

Was very clean and comfortable; the outdoor area allowed space for visiting, eating, relaxing or lap top working. The room was perfectly warm (! - unusual when compared to other accommodation I had and my friends had). The only thing that wasn't a 5star was the breakfast buffet. It was ok, but nothing special other than good scrambled eggs and fried potatoes.

Don't stay if you want a solid nights sleep. We had one night booked here after a 4 day Inka Trail hike, sleeping in tents. We were excited for our king size bed and comfort of a hotel. We booked economy room, so whilst we were not expecting it to be huge, the bed took up the whole room. There wasn't space to open and unpack suitcase and walk around the room. The worst bit was the noise. The middle courtyard which all the rooms back on it, has loud music playing till around 9pm (which of course is reasonable time). However, you can hear ever person coming in and out, doors open and close and can hear staff loudly speaking from about 5.30-6am. In addition the cleaners are bashing equipment around, I am certain they dragged the cleaning buckets up and down the staircase which was right outside our room. At 8am the door knocked, cleaner asking to clean the room, which was a further disturbance and showed a lack of organisation; since we were due to check out 2 hours later. Then at 9.30am we got a call asking us to to go breakfast (which was till 10am). On a positive, the breakfast was fresh and great. This place could have been great if it wasn't for all the disturbance to a much needed good night sleep.

We stayed in several hotels but our stay at Union Hotel Cusco was the best. From the moment they picked us up at the airport to the hotel, they were very attentive to our family and made us feel welcome all the time. They allowed us to check in early and Graciela gave us key chains and a couple of drinks for our 12 year anniversary. The breakfast is delicious and the live shows are a plus. Close to the San Pedro market and about 10 minutes walk to Plaza de Armas.
