Good, nice experience Clean and polite staff The breakfast was ok, and 24/7 service Tv was ok Heather wasn’t the best, a bit old But in general was a nice stay for a 3 stars rating hotel Location was great, 8 minutes walking from the main tourist places :)

Las chicas de recepción son un amor y muy dedicadas a hacerte sentir 100/100 Erika y Ruth les voy a extrañar. Gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa. Espero nunca cambien y sigan siempre así. El lugar es muy cómodo y las habitaciones acogedoras.

This hotel has been a wonderful stay. The service is very fast and responsive. Having no Spanish the front desk attendants were accommodating with English. The rooms are very clean as well as the lobby and public spaces. This is a very nice hotel for the price. I would stay here if I go to Cusco again.

Clean rooms, amazing service, Ruth and Erika are super hosts, very attentive and always greets with a smile. The breakfast is good and the kitchen staff are great aswell. Koyller hotel deserves 5 stars on their door. Thank you for making my first experience in Perú so wonderful.

Una experiencia espectacular Está cerca a la plaza de armas . La habitación muy cómoda y con una linda vista a la ciudad .El desayuno muy variado y delicioso. La atención del personal perfecta, siempre muy atentos a todo. Lo recomiendo totalmente mi familia y yo quedamos muy satisfechos y espero volver pronto,

The Koyllur inn is good value for money.the service of the staff were excellent but had difficulty in speaking English. I suggest the management keep a phone at reception with google translate in that . Will be much easier The breakfast good, the rooms were comfortable with heater . But the TV doesn’t have any English Channel . The management must install you tube or something for English only speaking guests Over all it is a good place to stay with good team

Un lugar muy acogedor y cerca a la plaza de armas.. gran lugar para descansar y recobrar energía para seguir disfrutando de los lugares de Cusco, las personas de la recepción muy serviciales y atentas a cualquier duda que tengas, recomendadisimo

Una bonita experiencia, buen buena atención y sus ambientes muy acogedor El desayuno estuvo muy agradable, se puedo descansar tranquilo sin bulla Está cerca de la plaza de armas de la ciudad y muy tranquilo la zona Su ambiente es muy acogedor

Los 5 días y 4 noches aquí han sido excelentes, la atención del personal muy buena, siempre amables. Las habitaciones excelentes y el servicio de buffet en el desayuno muy rico. La ubicación es buena, con tiendas cerca y el mercado de San blas cerca también.
