房子設施和宣傳差別比較大，廚具是餐廳的宣傳是客房，最搞笑問在哪裡，帶你去酒店廚房看了一下，説有但是用的時間要申請。窗子不對外。

Booked at the end of the day by mistake and the staff refused to help or even discount for the error. I wish they were a bit more helpful but I had to pay again. Rooms are nothing special and a bit moldy.

Misleading. Moldy. Unpleasant & Unhealthy place to stay. The only place in my entire trip charge extra when i use credit card to pay. I made a mistake not paying attention to details via Agoda. I booked a package of one way flight and a hotel stay, thinking the hotel will also be one day (if i like the place will extend). When check-in, I’ve learned that it was 7 days(!?). I honestly explained to staff that i only plan to stay out this area for 4 days. It has been a mistake. I’m more than happy to pay the whole thing to avoid lengthy back and forth, but will only stay for 4 days. They told me that they will have to keep my passport (the only hotel in VN so far of my trip had done this. When i saw the room, window to the stairwell, with mold in the room, i asked to change room with window to the outside of the building, they told me all rooms are booked. I asked for my passport back so i can get a hotel somewhere else. They gave me a different room. All in all….do not book this place!

馬特...飯店經理英文說得很好。給我們免費升級了房間..而且非常好相處。酒店靠近一些很棒的素食餐廳..靠近海灘..街對面有一個非常好的迷你超市。床單很乾淨...床很好...熱水淋浴...乾淨的毛巾等。我們對我們的房間很滿意。

去年夏天我和我的伴侶在這裡度過了一次美妙的旅行，峴港真的很棒，這家旅館也是如此。從這裡的服務品質到工作人員的友善和熱情，我們都非常滿意。在最初幾分鐘的交談中，這裡的工作人員讓我大開眼界，這麼實惠的價格的酒店竟然能有這麼好的服務。他們幫我預訂了從機場到飯店的接駁車，並規劃了有趣和浪漫的旅遊景點的時間表。我訂的房型是雙人套房，分配到的是1101房間，樓層高，景色很清涼。特別是陽台，有通風的大門，俯瞰城市和部分大海。 飯店有屋頂游泳池，可以看到海景，我們可以坐在這裡放鬆幾個小時，感受涼爽的海風。飯店距離海邊僅150m左右，在大馬路上，交通極為便利，週邊生活設施幾乎齊全。 總的來說，非常棒，當我有機會回到峴港時，我肯定會回到這裡

絕對糟糕的住宿體驗！接待員毫無用處。試圖向我收取房間費用，因為管家無法正常完成那裡的工作。他們對事情說“是”，然後什麼都沒有發生。他們不給你任何衛生紙。你必須一直問，所以我買了自己的衛生紙。他們對你微笑和嘲笑，因為他們認為當出現錯誤時很有趣，有一位女士道歉，但那個人需要學習一些禮儀和客戶服務。

這家旅館非常好，泳池很棒，很乾淨，房間比我在越南住過的許多其他飯店都乾淨。我預訂了最好的房間，即享有泳池景觀的特大號床套房，這樣我就可以直接走出房間進入泳池。我遇到的主要問題是，當我到達時，他們說我的房間有問題，他們要把我安排到另一間房間。我沒有得到任何折扣。我走進的第一個房間聞起來有很重的煙味。他們一直說請幫助我並今晚入住這個房間。我同意了，希望剩下的住宿時間能彌補這一點。第二天我就搬到我預訂的房間了。那天晚上，我在凌晨 2 點被一些人叫醒，他們決定去泳池區開個派對。我戴了耳塞，但還是聽到了他們的聲音，所以我去告訴他們，他們讓我睡不著，他們不在乎，所以我打電話給 24 小時接待處。那個人說他不會說英語並掛斷了我的電話。我的錯，因為我不會說越南語。我用谷歌翻譯向他播放我的信息，他說好的，但沒有人出現關閉游泳池。我一次又一次地嘗試，但他只是掛斷我的電話，最終把電話掛斷，所以我無法打電話。所以直到凌晨4點之後才睡覺。第二天我向接待處報告，他們道歉並說不會再發生這種情況，但第二天晚上又發生了，之後的晚上又發生了。老實說，他們不在乎，也不想做任何事。所以，這家旅館和游泳池都很好，但如果你住在這裡，不要住加大雙人床套房，你的睡眠時間會很有限。

We booked for 7 nights and left after 3. Definitely nor what we expected from photos on website. There was no restaurant or bar, rooms were not up to standard, we found a hotel down the road for the same price ,no comparison between the two. Will do better research next time

The most misleading hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The photos advertised are not what you get at all. These photos must of been taken on opening day and the hotel has just gone down hill since. The price was definitely too good to be true, I’ve stayed in better hostels than this “hotel”. We booked a “deluxe double room” and we got a double dark dirty room, with none of the extras it said it came with. We spoke to the staff about what room we booked to what we actually got and they didn’t seem to care. If you get a room past the reception out the back, good luck! It’s a struggle to get your luggage up the staircase. The room: dirty, no shower curtain, what looks like blood stains on the wall, smallest pointless window. The staff don’t speak good English. Good job we were only here for 2 nights.
