我們是5個人的連通房，即使加了一個單人床還是空間大，行李與購物的東西擺放輕鬆。面向海邊的美景就不説了！ 員工服務親切，會邀請你加what’s App 方便你聯繫他們。 早餐份量多元充足，可能現在是淡季，所以我們5個人 每次去都不用排隊等待！ 每天提供10件衣服免費送洗服務，大大減少我們要洗衣的時間。 唯一可惜的是 沒有取款機與換匯服務，需要到酒店周邊的ATM 或金店去換匯。 最後還是大力推薦這家物美價廉的酒店！

酒店很漂亮，而且有私人沙灘，可以留在酒店玩一整天，早餐也很豐富，越南粉，芒果糯米飯等，房間也是很有驚喜，露台可以抽煙，看到整個酒店風景，不愧是凱悦，游泳池挺漂亮的，可惜的是周邊真的很荒涼，衹能打車去市區吃飯（酒店內有幾個餐廳，但都挺貴的），另外就是游泳池適合親子，比較淺，游泳的話顯得不規則，但會推薦給朋友，住兩個晚上是恰到好處的，適合玩酒店的朋友

來峴港辦事，本來已經預訂好一週的峴港希爾頓酒店，中途無法退款，但是在快回國時無意中看攜程酒店評價發現峴港洲際陽光酒店評價頗高，就想去感受一下，雖然時間緊張衹能入住一晚，但是也希望能有親身感受，之後可以擇期再住，或推薦給有旅遊出行計劃的朋友們。 酒店整體風格和大家描述一致，東南亞高端酒店的統一感受，和普吉瑰麗或安曼異曲同工之妙，拍照非常出片，照片效果出色於實際景色。 酒店環境方面，個人覺得酒店外部環境出色於房間內部設計，房間設計有些美貌超過舒適性。如果大部分時間衹是想在房間內消磨時間，套房內衹有一個單人沙發，那麼整體體驗感就會較差。 當然如果你的大部分時間是在酒店裡麪活動，那麼酒店的幾家餐廳和酒吧，以及隨處可見的舒適沙發休息區會為住客提供舒適感受和多重選擇。 住客方面基本以韓國遊客為主，酒店服務人員英文流利，每一個工作人員都會熱情打招呼。但是因為沒有中文服務，如果英文不是很好，或許會有諸多不便。 本來一天的行程都是比較完美的。但是中午退房後的感受就有些不那麼讓人愉快了。 原因有以下幾點： 第一，我們入住的是最高樓層海景套房，check out是在行政酒廊辦理，退房結賬共用時二十分鐘左右，因為別墅和俱樂部套房房間是享受行政酒廊待遇的，當時正值午餐時間段，周邊有幾桌客人在用餐，服務人員衹是讓我們坐在餐桌前等待，沒有給我們提供水及其他任何服務，就衹是被其他就餐者環繞在旁，坐着乾等。與其這樣，不如讓我們直接到大堂辦理手續，這種感受實在欠佳。直到辦理完手續後，負責退房的那位工作人員才説可以給我們提供一些免費飲品。 其次，辦理完退房手續後，服務人員反覆和我們確認我們計劃離開酒店的時間，我們説想到酒店的longbar去喝點兒飲料再離開酒店後，她需要我們和她確認具體離開時間。本來就是在想喝點兒咖啡看看風景，又不是參加會議或者看電影，怎麼會有那麼精準的離開時間。我理解酒店為高端小眾酒店，不允許讓外來遊客進入，但是對於酒店住客的離開時間，掌握是應該的，但是如此反覆確認催促實在不妥。 其三，最為關鍵的是最後離開酒店的時候，是在20/12/2023當地時間16:50，我們從longbar出來，因為langbar在酒店沙灘層，大堂在最高樓層，而今天一天都在下雨，酒店依山而建，落差很大，道路非常濕滑，我們打電話想搭乘酒店的電瓶車去大堂，工作人員問了我們的房號，當聽説我們在中午已經辦理了退房手續後，就表示不能派電瓶車接我們，委婉又堅定的表示讓我們坐酒店的觀光索道到大堂，解釋説那樣不用等待，能夠快一些，至此我都表示非常理解，畢竟雨天使用電瓶車的遊客較多，我們既然退房，就不要安排電瓶車輛接送了。可是當我們到達穿梭索道的終點，打算乘坐行政酒廊的電梯到大堂的時候，行政酒廊門口的一位女性服務人員説不能讓我們坐電梯去大堂，需要我們自己從台階走上去。對此我深感不解,當我提出質疑後，她解釋為目前是用餐時間段，酒廊內有客人在用餐，不能讓我們乘坐電梯，這樣會打擾客人用餐。 如果不是因為下雨，我也不會有如此不佳的感受，但是當天在下雨，台階非常濕滑，並且她清晰看到我們並沒有拿雨傘，還是堅持讓我們冒雨繞道步行，這點非常讓人失望和氣憤，雖然有規定，並且我們已經退房，但是我們中午退掉的房間也是行政樓層，辦理入住時，也是前一天的下午16:00左右，就是服務人員帶我們從大堂坐電梯到行政酒廊辦理的手續。難道衹有入住的時候可以乘坐，退房後就完全變成另一種態度了？ 這位服務人員的行為實在有違於高端酒店工作人員的基本素質，給IHG抹黑。希望酒店可以對於這樣的工作人員有所提醒和改進，事情雖小，但是這樣的行為實在有損於酒店整體形象。 這是我第一次在攜程認真評價，因為覺得這位工作人員的態度是有史以來我遇到最差的，和酒店的定位和美景大相徑庭。實在讓原本完美的行程沒有愉快的結束。 再次強調我們那位女服務人員的態度極差，她的工作時間December 21,2023 4:50 pm.工作地點：Executive Lounge。

One of my best hotel experiences. The villa is fantastic, overlooking the sea and offers all the comforts you want starting with the private pool. Breakfast is amazing, with a wide selection of all kinds of food and drink, really excellent quality. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great position that allows you not only to enjoy the sea but also to reach nearby attractions such as the town of Hội An and the golden bridge. You’re gonna love every single thing in this hotel.

We have nothing but PRAISE for the entire team at this nearly perfect resort in Danang. Four of us stayed here for 3 nights and we agreed unanimously that this has been one of the most pleasant experience for 4 well-travelled individuals. Read on & you will agree too. The basics first: All the staff we encountered were vibrant, friendly, warm & pleasant. All speak English and some are very fluent. The property itself is not huge, the pool villa we chose was spacious both inside & outdoor with simple & cozy setting. Healthy snacks, herbal teas & fruity water were all complimentary & duly refilled daily. Tlhe rooms were clean & spotless. There is an infinite pool outdoors, a well equipped weight training room and another one with exercise machines. We thoroughly enjoyed exercising there in the morning hours. Though there were quite a lot of guests at the resort, but it never got too noisy or overcrowded. The Spa: our package came with daily spa treatment. The masseuses were well trained and we were happy with all the different treatments we had. However, on the first night, I was told I wasn't able to get the specific treatment I'd chosen as the masseuse got sick , the staff immediately offered to compensate me with an extra free treatment during my stay. I did not choose anything on the spot as I was unsure of my schedule. The following day at my spa treatment, the spa manager approached me right away and asked if I would be interested in making the appt for the free spa treatment. To our surprise, the offer also extended to my roommate as well. We gladly accepted the offer & scheduled the appt. It's not about the free offer, it's all about how the resort lives up to service excellency & the team's commitment in ensuring that their guests have the best of times while at the resort. The Food: We had breakfast, lunch & poolside drinks there. The vast array of healthy yet delicious selection of food was one of the best ones for our health conscious group. Food on the A la carte menu were comprised & refreshing. And again amazingly, the staff remembered who you are the second time you visited. Hats down to their superb staff training of the resort. The People: Everyone there is as helpful and prompt as it gets, with a sincere attitude. All 4 of us felt that the entire team at the resort deserves the best compliment! Special shout out to Mr. Huy who helped me on Day 1 with securing my seat for my return flight, Ms Chung the sweet & skillful masseuse, the staff at the front desk who made us feel like queens of world, Ms Nhi, Ms Thanh, Ms Thach, Mr Son, Mr. Long & Mr Quang. We are already planning our next trip back. We highly recommend Tia Wellness Resort. Come experience for yourself.

We stayed here for 5 nights in June 2023 . Nice , clean resort a bit out of town . Rooms are large and modern , pools and restaurants are nice just a bit of a walk from the building accommodation. Breakfast was good . Viet in the pool bar was amazing, Friendly and gave us great local information and local suggestions. The only down side to this accommodation is it’s a bit far from Da Nang and Hoi am with limited options unless you take a taxi or grab . Negatives for the hotel is laundry pricing $$$ and car using by resort $$$

入住時間有點晚了，所以我想知道是怎麼回事？ 可能是因為訂的太多了，我們訂的三房已經沒有房間了，所以給我們升級到了四房。 由於這是我第一次和父母一起出國旅遊，所以我特意訂了一間寬敞的三居室，而且還升級到了房間，真是太好了！ 因為是老度假村，所以有些設施有點陳舊，但整體維護得很好，所以我很舒服地使用它們！ 房間非常寬敞，晚上我一個人睡覺有點害怕，但我認為對於一個大家庭來說住在那裡會很棒。 特別是床和沙發很舒服，可以輕鬆入睡。

位置是完美的,非常靠近海灘,也可以乘坐出租車5分鐘到市中心..工作人員是有史以來最好的,如此友好和樂於助人..我們在水療中心也有一個驚人的體驗..總的來說,我們的住宿真的很好..他們有足夠的早餐選擇,我們得到了飲料券和下午團隊..真的很好,互補的服務..我完全建議呆在那裏..感謝一切

首先，真的很漂亮，拍照的地方真多，而且私人海灘佈置得真好。 維護得很好，很乾淨，房間條件一般。 潮濕得嗓子疼。有三個泳池真好，景色太瘋狂了。早餐真好吃。這讓我下次想再次入住。 至於位置ㅠㅠ附近沒有什麼東西，所以我必須無條件使用Grab，但Han Market距離峴港市中心很遠ㅠㅠGrab費用有點高。
