倫敦達格南普瑞米爾酒店(Premier Inn London Dagenham)

The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I don’t expect much but a pleasant greeting with a smile would have been nice. When I arrived I was left standing at reception whilst all the staff stood outside smoking cigarettes. Total disregard for me standing there waiting. Finally I got my room and it was freezing cold and the heating did not work. I went To tell the receptionist and she said she would send the signal up to reset the system. I also asked for an extra pillow please- she said we don’t have any spare ? But I’ll look? … I waited around 30 Minutes, went back down and told the receptionist it still did not work. She said I’ll send the signal again- give it 15 minutes. …. Whilst there I went to order a drink - the lady on reception was rude and told me to “ just go over there “ I waited and the bar staff kept their back to me whilst the bar staff did a stock take- totally ignoring me. Eventually the receptionist came over and served me. Again I got the feeling she really did not want to be there, I found the customer service really unprofessional and sloppy. I went back Upto my room, still freezing and still no heating. I’m sitting cold in my coat and go back down for 3rd time , ask again about the pillow and the heating? I said I’ll happily wait for a pillow ? She was rude and just said I’ll bring it to you ? … waited yet again …no heating .. no spare pillow. Now I know I’m at the travelodge - it’s not. 5 star hotel I get that ! But however some customer service would have been nice instead being made to feel like such an inconvenience! Sorry you had to do any work when in fact all you wanted to do is sit in the office and carry on chatting to your Co workers. Eventually the receptionist agreed to move rooms but by this point I was feeling too upset by the way I had been treated - and we left the hotel and moved to another hotel 15 minutes away. We had originally paid £50 a night here, but for only an extra £10 we had a lovely hotel nearby for £60 a night ! DO NOT STAY HERE - for the extra £10 book yourself into the best western in Chigwell - exceptional customer service there ! The staff here are just awful - fair play .. maybe your on minimum wage and hate your job but the way you treat your customers is just awful … I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world and this has to be the worst I’ve stayed at.

房間太熱了，而且我們是在隆冬季節住的。我們住在頂樓，房間裡沸騰得讓人無法呼吸。這家旅館的窗戶打不開，空調也無法運作，這不是我第一次在這裡遇到這種情況。我們大部分時間都坐在車裡，因為天氣太熱了，我們睡不著。

為客人提供免費停車場，您可以停放高頂貨車，酒吧提供生啤酒，房間非常乾淨。前台的 Chantel 和 Hayley 非常樂於助人。下次我肯定會使用這家酒店作為基地。我在倫敦工作

我們住了 3 晚，事實上，它很成功。距離倫敦約 20 分鐘公共交通，但交通便利。附近有超市，距離火車和地鐵 10 分鐘路程。房間乾淨、舒適、現代，物超所值，我會毫無疑問地重複。

Kat jest super, bardzo mi pomogła , jest miła i sympatyczna, pomogła mi również z parkingiem jestem bardzo zadowolony, pokoje czyste, i działa wentylacja i klimatyzacja - everything super and cool pozdrawiam wszystkich z hotelu I obsluge

我和我的孩子一起住在酒店，辦理入住手續的女士給了我帶殘疾人浴室的房間，所以我要求在早上換房間，但是由於早上 6 點從樓上的台階太吵，我的孩子無法入睡，我被打擾了之後我要求給我房間 3 樓前台接待員是種族主義者，因為她拒絕給我也！如果您想度過平靜無壓力的住宿，請不要入住這家酒店！房間裡也滿是灰塵，我請清潔工幫我擦灰塵！

關於這家酒店的一切都是一個大問題。這很噁心，我覺得好像我浪費了我的錢。馬桶座圈剝落，上面有黃色污漬。毛巾也一樣。大廳裡有一股難聞的氣味，酒店的整體質量也不是這樣。我再也不會和他們一起預訂了。 80 英鎊的可樂。

我們第二次住在這裡。酒店房間很乾淨，床很舒服。酒店的其他地方也很乾淨。尤其是接待處的工作人員在我們逗留期間非常友好和熱情。Brewer's Fayre 餐廳就在隔壁，非常值得一遊，食物美味，工作人員彬彬有禮。
