From the moment we entered the premises it was delightful. The late night clerk was cleaning n greeted me with a smile. Room was clean beds were soft and had plenty towels and was clothes. Breakfast was great loved the pancake maker and turkey sausage. The only thing I had reservations about was allowing dogs in the hotel. A husky ran up on me as I was coming from breakfast about to enter my room. Those dogs are too big to be in a hotel that contains kids or people who may be afraid of dogs.

The staff were efficient and friendly. The room was in great condition, well cared for. We will be using this hotel again.

Good breakfast every morning. Excellent coffee. Staff was very nice. Clean rooms. Our room was cleaned every day and I asked for extra towels and they were there every morning. Fresh towels every morning. We will stay there again when we’re back in town.

The night shift guy at the front desk wasn’t able to answer the questions I had about driving time and directions to some questions I had about the area and hotel but I feel like this is a training issue and that falls on management not him. He seemed like he wanted to answer the question but couldn’t and had no one to ask to get the information. All together I feel this was a nice hotel and not overpriced for what it had to offer.

Hands down the best hotel in the area. Being there multiple times and would not stay anywhere else. New, clean, centric and safe.

The bed was really comfortable and the room looked clean, but the bathroom had some reddish goo in the corners. The soap dispensers did not work properly. The remote did not work, the clock was an hour fast, The clock had parts of the display burned out. The place was called Holiday Inn Express, but there was nothing express about either evening when I stood at the counter waiting to get waited on. Checking in, there was a lady who had paid for 2 rooms on her credit card, and had the documentation to prove it, but the hotel only had her down for one, so that was at least 20 min go round before I just sat down and waited. Second night was a lokg wait at the counter( had to sit down again) just to get batteries for the remote.

Everything was good, but shower tub needs renovation... Some areas in our room were vacuumed all the way

Attendant was friendly. Hotel lobby was clean. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than average.

Best hotel in the area. Neat condition and maintenance. Great breakfast.
