Téléphone défectueux. Carte d’entrée désactivée. Tapis plein non conforme aux anti-allergènes. Meilleur sleep Inn que Walterboro en SC vieilli, joints sales dans la salle de bain, mobilier vieux. En général, salle de déjeuner trop petite, on se pile sur les pieds, on attend, tout le monde est ton dos: 12 tables à 7 heures du matin pour 150 invités? Vous avez encore beaucoup de travail à faire pour uniformiser vos normes.

Comfortable, clean, and quiet room. Facility is somewhat in disrepair with respect to paint and carpet condition. Breakfast was adequate though the scrambled eggs were never replenished in the last hour that service is advertised each day. Housekeeping for room very good.

Our keys didn’t work properly. We had to have them rest at least once a day. We felt like we couldn’t leave the room unless we were together because our door key never worked on the first , second or third attempt. So if the other person was t there with their key u couldn’t get in. And it was never the same key. Not sure if it was an issue with the reader or the key but it was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Even the housekeeping staff tried to help once . Took 8 tries for her to get the door open to let me in. Won’t stay here again.
