Great experience, enjoyed with family a lot , and the best night zone dat can exist in dalhousie , very reasonable , great hosts , clean rooms and positive vibes would be an understatement , I dont think dalhousie has such great properties any more then this one

The property is excellent, rooms are amazing. The staff of hotel is great, polite ,helpful and very supportive. Food was Awesome and very tasty. Specifically Cheese n Olive food. Overall a good place to stay, nearest to Mall Road of Dalhousie

We had a fantastic stay at Mongas Hotel & Resort Dalhousie between 28 Dec 2023 - 01 Jan 2024. I don't have words to thank the staff of the hotel - they were just so good. 1) The hotel offers great views from the balcony, the restaurant, and the terrace. 2) While I used to come late each night as my extended family was staying elsewhere, the hotel staff would always call to check on the dinner for my family. 3) The food at the dinner as well as breakfast was great and good in variety. The staff at the restaurant offered the best hospitality. 4) We picked a cake from their bakery for the year-end night. It was loved by one and all in the family. 5) Their live music is mind-blowing. 6) The gala night on 31 December was very well organized. 7) Their dry cleaning/laundry service was economical and swift. The property is excellent, superior rooms are amazing but food wasn’t that great (I am a foodie hence had high expectations). The staff is great, very supportive and the owner Mrs. Nitika ensure everyone’s comfort and safety herself. Overall a good place to stay, near to Mall Road of Dalhousie.

Overall good experience with this property.. Pros: 1. Views are good from resort 2. Rooms were spacious 3. Have good open area for kids play 4. Road to resort is quite accessible 5. Food quality, quantity and taste were awesome 6. Staff was courteous and prompt. 7. Ample parking space 8. Walking distance to mall road 9. They have a good open roof restaurent and cafe Cons: 1. Room has 24x7 hot water but water flow was too low that you cant even take shower. 2. Room heater was quite Noisy.

Staff & Service - 5 star. Very helpful & courteous Food - 5 Star. appetising & tasty Ambience - 5 Star. beautifully maintained, cozy property. Gives you European feel with the colourful flower planters throughout all balcony railings, hallways, and roof top restaurant/lounge Rooms - 5 Star. decent sized and cozy. Location - 5 Star. Just about 300-350m from mall raod. 5 min walk. Looks like a cute little place from outside but very cozy and comfortable. Didn't expect all this at all at first look. But a great stay. They also have local live singer and bonfire in the evening at their terrace lounge where you can order food from them and BYOB. If I visit Dalhousie again then this is the place I am going to stay again.

We stayed in the attic room with balcony in June 2023 for 4 nights..Room was good, good views, newly done up bathroom. Food at buffet was good..staff was very helpful especially Dimple. It’s very near to Mall Road so that’s a plus point,only 5-7 min walking Lots of steps to reach the rooms and restaurant so not suitable for elderly One big issue was that there is a Live singer on the terrace restaurant EVERY NIGHT! From 8 to 10 pm.. it was ok to hear him for one night but listening to the same songs 4 consecutive nights was a real let down .. we could hear him loud in our room with all doors and windows closed also. We wanted to get away from the noises and relax in a peaceful environment and this singing was the only negative point . Hope the ***agement will do something about it and have the singer come only weekend nights . The water pressure in the jet spray in bathroom was pathetic. Jain food was arranged too for us. Otherwise satisfied with the stay.

We stayed here for two nights in March '23. We had booked a non-view room which was ready even though we arrived early. The room and bathroom were clean. The location was almost perfect with a short 5 minute walk to Gandhi chowk. We were able to shop and dine at our pleasure and return for rest whenever we wanted. One of the highlights was the excellent breakfast buffet. There was good variety. The items were homely but very well made. There was live music in the fireplace area every night. We did not visit due to the cold but enjoyed it from the comfort of our home. Minor things which can be improved The bathroom is fitted with a water heater which takes 20 minutes to heat. Although it is clearly mentioned in the bathroom and while checking in, it is a minor inconvenience in such cold weather. Although the comforter cover was washed, we did spot some small stains. The room service can be improved. The food we ordered came in multiple deliveries and the staff had to be reminded. Towels were not replaced the second day but were promptly delivered on request.

Well, it has to be one of the best hotels in Dalhousie.Everything from check in - service, food, amenities, hygiene, safety, staff - to check out is super efficient and quick. All things seem to be in place and than you get the feel that these guys have been trained in their processes and they have done it again & again to give the best experience to guests staying with them. All in all a wonderful place to stay & experience. Location is right in the middle of Dalhousie and Hotel Monga's will take care of your every need. A big Thumbs up!!!!
