I reserved my 2 queen bed room on Sunday for my Friday night trip and ********** contacted the hotel and confirmed my booking. Upon check in we were told there were no queen beds. I attempted to contact ********** and due to ********** computer answering que having technical problems I could not get help with my booking. Since this hotel was non- refundable my family was forced into a king bed. My son had an important event and needed a restful night. Unfortunately it was anything but restful. I have used ********** for years and never had an issue. Unfortunately I will not be able to trust my future bookings through ********** and will share my experience with others. After in our room, I was finally able to speak to the virtual assistant and he offered 36 dollars off any future booking but I will most likely not trust ********** to get the type of room I need to rent. In addition, the lady at the front during check in was very rude and didn’t care about the room situation. She seemed like this happened often and she did not care how this inconvenienced our trip. The beds were hard and the open door shower concept had water all over the wall and floor. Very displeased with **********. And residence in by Marriott.
