Awesome service and accommodations. Great location. Stay here three/four times a year.

Location and cleanliness is great! I was a bit disappointed with my stay at Warwick. To start off the valet is a nigh**are when the hotel is busy. There aren’t a lot of options for parking so we had to use this service. During the late evenings, you will have to park your own vehicle and drop keys off with front desk. Yet you still are charged for valet. There aren’t very many staff to assist with baggage. The front desk is less than willing to assist. I understand they maybe understaffed and over worked but it also shows. There are certain amenities we did not get such as robes, slippers, use of shuttle vehicle. Again this could be due to staffing but still a disappointing experience. I would advise to plan according for a less than 4 star experience.

Reserved a double room because there were 4 of us We didn't get on and we didn't get 2 rollways as promised. One person had to sleep on the FLOOR!! Ridiculous

The Warwick is my favorite hotel in Dallas. Very close to the nightlife I'm interested in, and easy to get to downtown as well. Staff is friendly; rooms are gorgeous.

The hotel is wonderful in some respects, rooms are spacious and the bar is perfect. But the hotel is under a flight path into and out of Love field. Directly under at about 1,000 feet. The rooms do not have soundproofing and to add insult to i jury, the hotel is nearly adjacent to a a very active fire station. Come for a drink but do not stay here. It will be a very frustrating experience.

I love historic hotels, and this one is well-kept… beautiful and clean! Comfortable room. The could improve the in-room offering by having conditioner (vs “conditioning shampoo”), body lotion and bath robes.

No business center, housekeeping skipped my room, food in Library poor. Breakfast was good but need more waitstaff

This was intended to be a relaxing two night stay, but it was definitely not due to the noise from outside. It was either the fire trucks leaving from the station across the street, airplanes taking off, church bells ringing, or just the constant noise of traffic that felt like we were sitting right outside on the street. It was so loud when we walked in that I thought windows were open, so I walked over to look but it’s just how loud it is. We ended up not staying both nights. We left after the first night. If constant noise doesn’t bother you, you should be fine!
