Great location! Hot tub was excellent. Room was more than adequate & very clean!

Nice, clean hotel. Only thing is elevator was out and I wasn't informed until time of check-in. My room was on the 3rd floor.

Face hwy, heard truck noise all day & night. Toilet needs new rubber seal as it ran all night long. Room 136. Desk service was excellent. Had to have a document printed & they happily printed it for us as their printer for the public wasn’t working. Breakfast was great! Tv didn’t work & nice black guy helped us, he was the best!!! Overall I’d stay there again staff made it so pleasant.

First, there was no notification when I booked stating that a $100 additional deposit of payment was required before I could check in after already having paid in-full. ...I came in town on any emergency basis to see about an ill relative in the hospital, and I needed to check in and drop my bags off in the room as someone was coming to pick me up. I did not want to put the additional $100 on my card, because I have been burnt my other hotels recently who also required that, and did not return my money to the card. I informed the check-in clerk that I did not have $100 cash on me, and she said there was no ATM in the hotel; I told her of my circumstance of having to get to the hospital and asked if I could give her the money when I returned later that evening. She told me no, and that I could not check in until I gave her the $100 deposit; which I had to borrow from the party there to pick me up so that I could get going. Under other circumstances, I would have requested an entire refund of my prepaid money of my stay and cancelled it. - In addition I was placed on a 2nd floor room directly next to the elevator, next to an ice machine; and the hotel had a pool with people coming and going all night and early morning in&out of the elevator and getting ice. So while I was in the room only for overnights during my three day stay, I got no more than a couple hours sleep. Oh, and also the TV was stuck on only one channel, with only the volume working on the remote.

Hotel was very clean, AC in room was fabulous. Never once got hot. Room was very clean and quiet. The girl that checked up in was very friendly and super helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and staff was very friendly. It would be nice to have a slightly different variety for the hot breakfast. We were there 3 days and each day offered the same selections. Other than that, I have no other complaints.

The room was clean. However, the beds were full size, not queen. When I book a room with 2 queens, that is what I expect to receive. I have multiple queen beds in my home so I know when I am not laying in one. I know a full size bed when I see it. Please be transparent in your bed sizes. Consumers deserve better.

The young man who checked us in did so with exceptional kindness and such excellence. He took care of everything quickly and efficiently. They even had complimentary cookies waiting for us.

Everything its clean and the service its great my family and I enjoy our stay definitely staying there again
