We arrived on Friday afternoon to celebrate my beautiful wife graduating college. When we got there, we simply asked if the room had a balcony. When I asked this, the manager popped his head around the corner and said, “You can’t smoke on our balconies”, automatically assuming that is why I asked. MY WIFE AND I DONT SMOKE. When we got to the room, the A/C was set to almost 80 F. We dropped it to 72 F thinking this would be comfortable when we got back from dinner. IT WASNT! Friday night, we called the front desk and told them that the A/C wasn’t working properly and they told us that they would fix it while we were out on Saturday at my wife’s graduation. They NEVER came and fixed anything. It stayed almost 80 F the entire time and it was MISERABLE! We attempted to get someone to fix it multiple times and kept getting the run around about how it was the weekend and nobody can look at it until Monday. We also go back to our room on Saturday morning and we’re told that if we do not stop smoking ********* and cigarettes on our balcony, then we would have the cops called on us. We do not smoke, *********, or cigarettes, and I was extremely pissed off that they would assume that it was us because we are a young couple I’m guessing. horrible hotel, because of the horrible service and rude staff. I will never stay there again.

The front desk person who is a tall slim black male with glasses was by far the rudest hotel staff i have ever encountered. i have never seen such diabolical and deliberately rude behaviour from anyone besides someone at a hotel front desk! for this reason I wont stay there again until hes trained extensively, or fired!

We always love our stays at the Cooper. Recently, they put my wife and I in a lovely suite without our asking which made the stay even more memorable. (Can we have that when we bring our older kids ? :) We feel safe and secure on the lovely grounds, and we use the lap pool and workout center which are top notch. We lived in the area for 20+ years and all our friends and hangouts are so close by. We will be back often.

Nice quiet location in the heart of Dallas near to shopping, restaurants and main roads Preston & LBJ. Healthy environment with well lit and safe walking trails, lap pools and free access to the onsite fitness center. Rooms are large, clean and quiet. Large TV with cable, Starbucks coffee, Tazo Tea and botttled water are free. Can request in room refrigerator and microwave. Easy check in and check out. Big discounts booking online with *******.

This is a great place to stay. It is in a super nice and safe neighborhood. Parking is free and close to the rooms. The rooms are very spacious with older traditional furnishings but lovely. The bed and sheets were incredibly comfortable. You have access to the Cooper Fitness Center which is great. There is a restaurant at the fitness center that you can use a short walk away. There is a nice jogging trail around the facility with lots of shade, birds and water features. The pools are set up for swimming laps not lounging. This is a very quiet facility.

This is a really nice property with lovely grounds. We stayed for two nights and were busy with an event in town and were not able to take advantage of the facilities. The beds were extremely comfortable. The shower was amazing which made it difficult to get out. The only thing we noticed was that when we arrived at our room, it felt damp. The carpet was damp, and it made the air damp which made the sheets feel damp. By the second day, it had dried. I assume that they had recently cleaned the carpets and we may have been accidentally assigned that room when it wasn't ready. We let the front desk know upon check out and they said they'd make a note of it.

The rooms are nice and big. Otherwise we were not positively surprised by this stay: Both receptionists we met were not very attentive nor friendly. Restaurant was closed. The pool was the most disappointing part. It seemed quite old and not very clean.
