達拉斯薩扎酒店(Hotel ZaZa Dallas)

The hotel staff, primarily the bar and valet staff, were extremely nice and enthusiastic and welcoming. They were always helpful and attentive. My room was not very clean upon check-in: bathroom wall had a stain and tv remote was dirty. My room, the next day, was not cleaned even upon my return at 430pm so I just asked for turn down service. I had no Do Not Disturb sign in my room when I had checked in either. I called to ask for one and did receive one right away. Then I received a brand new menu for room service, and then a housekeeper came to clean but I refused and asked for turn down later again. Turn down was great and I received a Moon Pie and water. The next day, I returned after out all day, my room was cleaned. However, my unopened Moon Pie was taken, and my tv remote was gone. My vanity table not cleaned, bathroom wall still stained (yes, was removable). Finally found remote under the comforter! And, still dirty and crusty. It looked like the room just had a once over clean. The hotel overall needs to be updated. I really thought I was coming to a newer hotel.

Upon arrival valet was very nice but front desk was very rude and I guess because I had sweats on and not dressed up like everyone else like I couldn’t afford to be there. I am a nurse and felt they could have been nicer. Other than that everyone was great from room service to valet. But the front staff very rude.

This was our first time staying here and my husband and I absolutely loved it!! The hospitality/customer service was above and beyond. All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and our mini bar was fully stocked. The room service was quick and and easy. Hotel ZaZa definitely is our new favorite place to stay!!!

la limpieza de la habitación fue terrible, nunca limpiaron los muebles ni el baño, no remplazaban la caja vacía de los Kleenex ni papel higiénico, solo un día dejaron agua por la noche y la limpieza del cuarto la hacían después de la 6.00 pm.

loved this special hotel. service was great. Rooms perfect. breakfast was delicious. Nice touches. cookies, coffee, teas, wine, food for the football game all complimentary.

This place is magnificent!!! Amazing people! Beautiful property! Newly remodeled everything! And the robes were even fluffy! I loved it!

The maids start knocking on the door at 7:30am and continues to try and open door atleast 6 times before check out. I stayed for 3 nights spending 1500-2k and I asked for late check out which was 12:45. I told maid and front desk. After 12:45 I was running 10 mins late. I had 2 more knocks in my door and 2 phone calls telling me to basically get out. I was packing. My good friend in a regular here and always gets the top suites and asked y’all to take care of me and y’all definitely failed. I will be letting him know about my bad experience and he won’t be happy.

This is our FAVORITE hotel!!! Best customer service from the valet to the restaurant …, it just feels like home …

I was so unhappy with our stay. We travel often for business and pleasure and I have to say this was the most disappointing hotel experience. It was decently clean although our bedding was ripped and shower was gross. The hospitality aspect was absolutely missing. We were never greeted walking in or out. The front desk agents were on their phones and hardly looked up to attend to guests. When we asked for simple things like extra towels or where we could locate some water// coffee, it was met with attitude. We do business in Dallas often and would never stay or recommend. Tons of other better properties that make your stay nice. One positive was the valet attendants were always very kind. But Nothing about this hotel we enjoyed.
