This hotel was very clean and have no complaints. It is unfortunately by the interstate but I should have researched that more. Very spacious room and the breakfast was tasty!

Great location and clean rooms. Amenities are too cool. Love the pool table and bar. Sheets and bed were awesome.

Beds were comfy, rooms were super clean, front desk staff was super helpful and nice!!

Wallet was left behind they tried using my card 2 times. Would not get clear answer it took them about a month and change to finally mail it out. Will not be staying here ever gain because of the issue. Nothing was replaced and I was given the run around for a month and some time. Received my wallet with none of my debit cards in it.

Pésimo hotel, la tarifa es buena pero tiene un truco te cobran el estacionamiento por $35 dólares diarios porque es servicio de “Valet parking”, el personal del Valet jamás te ayudan a mover tu auto, están dormidos o distraídos, con mala actitud. La limpieza del hotel debes solicitarla sino no te hacen la limpieza de la habitación eso es pésimo ya que pagas por un servicio en la tarifa del hotel. El personal de la recepción muy mal actitud al igual que la gente del desayuno. La gente encargada de limpieza muy amables nos ayudaron a limpiar la habitación una vez que lo solicitamos pero no debería ser así, debe limpiarse diariamente la habitación ya no estamos en pandemia. Soy cliente de los hoteles Hilton pero este hotel en particular me decepcionó.

When arriving you'll find the parking lot is confusing by all the Valet signs and do not enter. When arrived " valet" was not out front, so we self parked which at a hotel like this that's what we prefer.. When checking in no hi, welcome, how are you.. Just last name, card on file, and an ID. Next morning checking out the person working was asleep on some chairs near the desk. I tried explaining i was checking out and got an ok / thumbs up.. The star was great! unfortunately the hotel conditions are not the best, elevators don’t work all the time, shower was dirty with hairs, breakfast shouldn’t even been mention on the website because they only had some fruit and yogurt, waffle machine and pancake was broken, makes no sense to pay for valet if the car is parked 20 steps

Overall is a GOOD PLACE TO STAY, but there is a few things that kept me from giving them a 5 star review: *There was a small cockroach in my room, JUST ONE. No big deal to me. I Understand it is impossible to get rid of all bugs and I told the manager about it once I checked out and he told me that the pest control service was scheduled to be done that night. *Valet Parking is 35 dlls a night and even I wasnt taking my car with me, this can be disturbing to guests staying for long periods and it completely brings their budget down and without PREVIOUS NOTICE. It is very expensive and they should just discretionally add it to the night rate and that way youll avoid guest dissasatisfactions. *Never found the button to turn the ventilator in the restroom on * No safe box in the room *No microwave in the room (they have one in the lobby available 24 hrs) *Beds are confortable but mine was a little on the soft side. Again this is DEFINITELY A GOOD PLACE TO STAY and VERY AFFORDABLE I just specified the little details that in my opinion keeps it from a 5-star review. The good things in this hotel are: *very clean *good customer service * good breakfast *nice rooftop *nice gym *nice laundry room *They have plenty of drinks(alcoholic as well)and frozen cooked food options plus a microwave available 24 hrs in the lobby. Generally speaking, I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

9 樓屋頂舉辦派對的第一天晚上，音樂聲非常吵鬧，所有牆壁和我們的床都在震動，一直持續到凌晨 2 點。我們住在 8 樓。甚至一直到 4 樓都在抱怨聲音太大了。第二天晚上，我們被告知音樂將在 9 點停止，並持續到凌晨 2 點之後。聲音雖然沒有那麼大，但仍然可以整晚聽到。

THe hotel was nice, roof top view from the bar was beautiful. The bar tender was not very nice, borderline rude, and she had zero customers, she seemed inconvenienced that we were there, she barely took our order, no kindness in her words, not even a smile. If you want a down town view make sure to ask for it though or else you’ll get the shell station lol. Didn’t think about that when booking. 35.00 to valet park which is not optional-they could never seem to find my keys then on checkout they could not find my keys, come to find out they were in my pathfinder, unlocked car, lights still on from the previous night. Talked to manager who was very nice and I asked for refund of my 35.00 and he gave it to me with no questions. . It was quick to get to American Airlines center for the concert though! Breakfast also has bad service, supposed to be pancake breakfast but no batter in machines, unstocked, workers helping but maybe under staffed? Lots of people in room for breakfast to not keep it stocked.

Room was kind of small and basic for the price. Am told the view from the rooftop bar is spectacular, but it was closed for a private party, which would have been nice to know as it is why I chose the hotel.

It was ok. Just the road noise made it where you couldn't sleep. I was extremely bad. The valay parking was stupid but whatever. I definitely would have picked somewhat else after this it was just too loud to sleep.
