This is a very tranquil location in its own grounds with four swimming pools, absolutely loads of space, never an issue to find sun loungers around the pool and once there quite relaxing with plenty of shade. Its a very social hotel as many residents are older and many return, some have called it cliquey because it looks like everyone knows each other but I don't think that's the case, our first time there and everyone was very friendly and happy to chat. The grounds and all exterior space are all beautiful. Breakfast was slightly limited for my tastes, enough to get you going but a lot of it is local and continental style and I missed bacon, I thought this was on religious grounds but it is available on the burger at lunch so they have some, they just choose not to offer it at breakfast. Our room was very modern, perhaps only a handful of people had stayed before us, so new in fact that it was missing a hob and a sofa, I'm not sure what I booked so perhaps no real complaint, only that it was strange to have empty spaces. The room when fully complete and equipped will be great, plenty of space, balcony, great air conditioning, modern bathroom with a great shower, big brand new fridge. I can't say it was fully perfect because in addition to it feeling unfinished I also didn't love the bed, too small and the double is two singles pushed together. Bit of a shame because the space was lovely, with the right furniture it would be absolutely first class. The room was cleaned meticulously every day. Town centre is a short walk away, best part of a kilometre and some of the good restaurants are further again so factor that in, it was 40 degrees while we were there so bit of a slog. Although there's a minibus in at 7pm every night and two taxi stands in town, price 150 lira to return so you have options. The bar is open until late I think gone midnight and the bar staff are highly attentive and professional. Late checkout was available for 50GBP, this and the bar bill are settled on the last day with either cash or card. A very pleasant stay and I'm happy with my decision to visit, thank you to all the hardworking staff.

Lovely location 10 min walk into the town based on the picturesque riverside town of Dalyan. The hotel was spotless, staff were friendly and gardens and pool areas were beautiful. We stayed in a new annex room with pool view it was nice and quiet.

This is a Beautiful family run hotel in Dalyan. Clean and well maintained, lovely pools and friendly staff. Visited twice and will return next year. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful. They have an adults only pool which is bliss. Love this hotel

The hotel was warm friendly staff are amazing always happy to help. Pools were amazing and the gardens surrounding them perfect. We came to holiday calbis because we wanted a quiet holiday all I can say is we will be back I can see why guest come back. If your looking for a quiet holiday this is the place to go. Clean friendly and quiet. I can honestly say I will be back and I don’t usually say that. AMAZING HOLIDAY thank you holiday calbis ❤️❤️

We have visited Holiday Calbis, for over 12 years now and we are never disappointed. We are welcomed as if we were family. We have been in June and September but no matter when you go you will fall in love with Calbis just as we did. We call it "our happy place". The minute you walk through the door you just relax. You will receive a warm, friendly welcome by either Ebru, Zeliha or if later at night Aygun. Every member of staff are so friendly. The rooms are very comfortable all having been refurbished in the last few years. More rooms have also been built. But despite extra rooms Calbis still has the ambience of a quiet, peaceful space to relax and enjoy your holiday. The gardens are an oasis of greenery and well attended and kept very tidy. There are now 4 pools, all with plenty sunbeams. The location is perfect, either walk down the riverside into the town or the road, which is perfectly safe as it is an access road so very few cars. Once you have visited Calbis you will be remembered on future visits. The breakfasts have a great choice, cold meats, yogurt, omelettes, pancakes, all freshly cooked. Lunches can be bought in the bar/dining area and again a great choice. Nothing is too much trouble for the Calbis Staff. If you have never been, please visit, you will not regret it...we haven't.

Fantastic hotel in a lovely small resort. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a good bathroom and always had plenty of hot water. There was a fridge, and tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was included which was a very nice buffet style Turkish breakfast. There were 3 swimming pools within the grounds and a 4th was almost complete,all of which were kept immaculately with plenty of sunbeds,tables and chairs etc. We spent most of our time at the main pool which is beautiful. All the public areas including the bar are really nice and are extremely clean and tidy at all times. Had a lovely time here and hope to return in the future.

Holiday Calbis is tha best hotel in dalyan friendly Peaceful only a 5min walk to town .we have been to this hotel twice a year for many years when possible and will be back in may and if possible sept .Gokman you are the best and your staff are always happy and willing to go that extra mile . We visited Holiday Calbis Hotel in May for 2 weeks and had an amazing time! We had a room which overlooked the main pool which was kept spotlessly clean by our chambermaid who was always friendly and greeted us with a smile every day. The room had s fridge, kettle, hairdryer and we experienced no issues with the room at all. The main pool area was very relaxing, and we never had an issue getting a lounger each day - we liked that no music was playing during the day as we really enjoyed chilling in the sun with our cocktails listening to the birds and sound of the pool. Yes, there was some building work going on but it wasn't constant and the new buildings look great! We frequented the bar fairly often and have to say Nizam and Ruzaliia looked after us very well. They were both so attentive, cheery and always happy to make you your favourite drink. The breakfast was good with a good selection of turkish options, cereal, fruit and salad, and someone available to make omlettes, fried eggs should you desire. All colleagues around the breakfast area were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is a 10/15 min walk to the centre which offers a range of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a complimentary bus that takes you there at 7pm should you wish to get there quicker. Overall we had a great, relaxing holiday at Calbis and felt it was really good value for money! We will be back again no doubt!

Just back from a week at this hotel. We paid extra for a deluxe room with pool view. Arrived about 3am and we were taken to a brand new room which looked more like a semi detached bungalow! First guests to use it. Bathroom was great, with large walk in shower. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Also plenty of storage space, a fridge, and excellent air conditioning. Breakfast is more than adequate, with a lovely lady making fresh omelettes or fried eggs. All the staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful, and the whole place has a nice vibe. Everything is spotless, and the swimming pools and gardens are beautiful. The hotel is a bit out of town, although it's really only about 15 minutes walk. There's a complimentary bus takes you into town at 7pm each night, and a taxi back is only about 60 lira. Now for the minor negative comments. So far, there is no path between the pool and the new rooms, just a grass area which can be a bit muddy if sprinklers have been on. Felt guilty having big footprints either on terrace or at the pool! There are plenty of electric sockets in the room for hairdryer/straighteners etc. However, no mirror in the bedroom. If, like me, you find having hairdryer in bathroom pretty useless, this is quite an inconvenience. I much prefer to sit in the comfort of the bedroom to dry hair/do make up etc. Talking of which, there are no chairs in the bedroom. We just brought in the ones from terrace when needed. I did ask at reception about a mirror, but was politely told "we have mirrors in the bathrooms, not the bedrooms". (I bought a small one in a supermarket)! Overall a fabulous holiday, and despite these minor inconveniences, we're already thinking about returning later in the year.
