Apartamento bien equipado con muy buen servicio de limpieza. Personal muy amable y buena zona para unas vacaciones en Mallorca. Sitio para ir con coche o alquilar uno, aunque se puede ir andando al pueblo, con niños, el coche más que recomendable. Gracias por todo.

Buenísima experiencia. Apartamento con recepción 24h, zonas comunes de bar, de juegos y piscina. Parking gratuito. Dentro del apartamento todo limpio, ordenado y sin faltar de nada. Zona tranquila, alejada del centro pero con un bar y un supermercado a mano. Recomendable.

Basic budget appartement. Voor het oog schoon maar waar je verder kijkt aardig wat gebreken . Er hangt een vieze smoezelige lucht en na 2 nachten slapen ben je wel zat van de vieze muffe lucht, erg veel condens op ramen waardoor het erg vochtig wordt. Niet veel van verwachten, wij wisten dit op voorhand qua prijs kwaliteit. Maar toch valt het tegen. 1x in de 3 dagen wordt er schoongemaakt. Wij waren er van do tot zo ivm weekend komt er niemand. Dekbed ligt op bed met een laken aan de onderkant niet erg hygiënisch.. Wel een ontzettend leuke receptie medewerker Carmen! Inchecken voor 14:00 was geen probleem.Dikke pluim en een lekker fles wijn mogen ontvangen…

Todo es muy confortable y de mucha calidad todos ambientes luminosos Pantallas de television muy grandes baño impecable cama y ropa de cama muy buena. Limpieza y mantenimiento excelente. Equipamiento general de cocina muy bueno Heladera , vajilla todo de muy buen nivel..Ubicación ideal. GRAN VIA 17. Cerca de todo....no duden en alojarse ahí. Atención personalizada y muy cordial en la recepcion. Lugar muy seguro

Tres bien Seul bemol :la proximité avec la route si l'on veut profiter de la terrasse. Pas de bruit dans l appartement avec les fenêtres fermés..

No thrills accommodation - clean, quiet (in the day time), easy come easy go. Bar food ok to fill a gap and reasonably priced (latte €4, pint €3.60 cocktail €6) Staff friendly & Alberto at the Bar is very good, from coffee to cocktails he knows what he’s doing!! Room - clean, spacious, family of 4 stayed without problem. Serviced twice in a week. Pool - great. Clean and never a fight for a sun bed. Plenty for all. Hotel Duva welcome you to their entertainment plan as long as you buy drinks - this was great as it’s virtually on the same site. Location - the hotel is serviced by the local buses, easy to reach Pollenca & Port De Pollensa, both routes are less than 6 euros for a family of 4 return. The Rosa Blanca opposite the hotel does nice reasonably priced food, shows all sport & drinks are cheap and plentiful. Minimart is also across the road and negligibly more expensive than euroski which is a ten minute walk away. We bought fresh pastries, bread & jams which got us by really well for a cheap breakfast / lunch snacks. Restaurants - Velomar 10/10 - Joker Bistro 10/10 - DKT 10/10. BUSES - YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ASK THE DRIVER ANYTHING, JUST TAP IN AND TAP OUT PER PERSON. A taxi to the port never cost us more than a fiver - just ask reception and they will call it. Pollenca market is on a Sunday & Tuesday - well worth a visit. Bad points - some rooms are let by locals and at weekends they were in the pool until 2am. The entertainment at Hotel Duva is very noisy until 11pm, after that it’s fine. If you want a quiet night in - this is not possible (we spent each evening ah the Duva having been in to the port for dinner, it’s not really a bad point regarding the noise it just depends if you’re a stay inner or go outer etc)

Todo muy bien. Si hay que poner un pero seria que no hay cubos en la cocina para reciclar, habiendo sitio de sobras.

Polensa is a amazing area and quiet, so not for all. The property is very nice for what we wanted but a little far from Beach and parking is not easy. The staff are very helpful, and everything thing was very straightforward. Great 3 star property and the bar staff making amazing cocktails. Everything works as expected and above average for 3 stars.

Property not too bad, a little tired in places, used twice before so knew what to expect. What we didn’t bargain for was the tremendous racket going on till 2-3am most nights. Hotel only about a third full but must have had the 10 most disruptive people on the island, in there. As one group left, more seemed to take their place. Shouting, screaming, thundering up and down steps, jumping in and shouting, laughing around the pool, even though it closed at 8pm. Didn’t seem to bother these few individuals. Think we will use a better class of apartments next time, and hope people know how to behave respectfully…..

Excellent service, cleaning, facilities (you can even use teh gym and sauna / pool / jacuzzi and neighbouring Duma hotel) . great value and local supermarket and few bars and restaurants over the road. 10 min walk to sea front and 15 min to town centre. 5 min to large Eroski supermarket. 2 x pools and very quiet and safe gardens. will use again and highly recommend

Great place for a short stay, close to shops restaurants and the harbour. Room and reception very good.

Great stay, room good size, really clean. Beds comfy. Plenty of storage for clothes. Reception sorted a travel cot for us no problems. Nice and quiet in the evenings which was great with having a young child with us

We stayed in a 4 bed apartment ( Double bed 2 Singles and 2 Sofa beds ) All beds were comfortable and apartment as well as bedding and utensils were clean. Only complaint is that for 5 nights in a row we had people knocking at our door and ringing the doorbell in the early hours ( we had 2 children with us so this was distressing for them ) The apartments are not gated and people from outside can access the grounds. For that reason we would not stay again as at times it didn’t feel safe. Despite that all staff were helpful and polite. Location was good 2 great restaurants and a small shop opposite and in walking distance to a bigger supermarket and a Lidl which is always a bonus.
