Very clean and nice hotel. Will definitely stay here again

The staff was 5 star but drops off from there. The first night we barely made it through, bed was hard as a rock. Shower was slicker than an ice rink, and the bathroom itself was very old and run down. We were in a room that seemed between renovation. So the floor was nice but that’s about it. We asked the next morning about a room with possibly a better bed, the guy was super nice and let us go check another room to see if we liked it. It was a major improvement so we switched rooms. The room was in worse condition overall age wise, but the tub had a floor mat to keep from being like ice rink. But the rest of the bathroom was more like gas station quality from way back. Cracked sink, toilet seat moved and barely flushed. But we made due. The tv also didn’t come on. Breakfast, it was free and even then….. The orange and apple juice pretty much just water, and the water tasted like a garden hose. They have the Jimmy dean croissant sandwich but not my thing. The waffles were fine, syrup was awful. The pastries were too sweet. If you’re not a breakfast person but need a little something you might be okay with this selection. We went elsewhere on morning two. It’s old, the condition is rough, but it wasn’t dirty. The staff does a good job cleaning. So that makes a big difference and makes it okay to stay for a few nights. Again my compliments to the lady and former military man that helped us both days. Really impressed.

Not good experience! Bed mattress was very poor condition! Furniture has seen much better days. Light over bathroom sink didn’t work. When pulled up knob to get shower going only half the water came through the shower and other half kept running through faucet and water filled up in tub! Would not recommend this place!

The hotel is super out dated. It was not clean. It was pretty gross. The bed was very uncomfortable. It did not show or mention it was next to a truck stop. It was noisy from the trucks and other patrons. I went down twice for coffee and they did not have any.

Nothing! Driving up to hotel made me worry about what was inside. The only excellent thing is the staff. The place has many things not working ( ice machine, chargers in room, phone to call front desk, AC didn't work in room had to switch rooms in middle of the night,clogged sinks, roach on wall, carpet is a tripping hazard and side door was not working to get in hotel. Also a lot of the carpets and furniture were stained. Furniture had damage. Besides that the hotel was very quiet and location.

rooms in this hotel should cost $20, dirty everywhere, tv didn't work, hair dryer doesn't work, some holes in the walls, dirty bedding, stains on the carpet, very unclean hotel

We use this hotel as a stopping point for our trips to North Carolina to visit family. We stay one night. The hotel is very clean. The beds are comfortable. They allow our small dog to stay. The hotel is In a safe area.

Lady at the front desk was very sweet. Bed super comfy. Only complaint water isn't super hot. But my husband said I take baths from hell water lol
