The bathroom is really too small

Clean and well serviced apar**ent in a convenient location in Masaki. We rented a two bedroom apar**ent. Good option for a family with en-suite bathrooms in both bedrooms. Basic kitchen area, not ideal if you plan to cook, but who would with so many restaurant options close by. Breakfast choices ok with good coffee and friendly helpful staff.

Sadly needs a huge shake up. It used to be good. Staff are very friendly and helpful which is typical for most places in Dar es Salaam. Sadly, however owns the Seacliff Court Apar**ents now has not invested in any upgrades. Furnishings are the same as 10 years ago. The bathroom towels certainly looked like they were at least 10 years old too. Self catering kitchens are missing so many items that we didn't bother to self-cater. The restaurant serving breakfast needs a serious shake up. Plates are chipped. Service is a hit and miss. (Friendly and helpful staff comment still applies but the staff have no training). The best was having a mouse in my apar**ent on 14/07/2022 which the maintenance staff wanted to kill before they removed it! I told them to remove it and release it elsewhere. It used to be a good place to stay for short business trips. Sadly no more

Very good facility in an excellent location. Restaurant staff have to improve on their ability to take orders. When I ordered for steamed vegetables, I received buttered vegetables. On another occasion I ordered for coffee with hot milk on the side and got served black coffee. Last morning, I ordered for 2 fried eggs well done, got served 2 eggs sunny side up wet yolk. Apart from this, the staff are generally polite and respectful Rooms are clean though the quality of furnishings is one level below Sea Cliff Hotel, is this deliberate?

Avoid. No maintenance has been done in rooms. Towels are ragged and musty. Pillows need to be replaced. The shower is the smallest i have ever encountered. Furnishings are as they were 10 years ago. Covid protocols in terms of room hygiene are just not there. Breakfast is served on chipped crockery. Bathrooms smell damp and musty. The best was finding a mouse in the apar**ent today which maintenance manager wanted to kill in the room!!! I'm giving a two star rating as the housekeeping and front of house staff are great.

Nice hotel, good stuff, nice location, good restaurant. The only comment. The air-conditioning is a little noise. But the hotel is in general is good and I advise to stay in case visiting dar es salaam

This is the perfect hotel for families or others wanting to rent an apar**ent for a brief period in Dar Es Salaam. Very spacious spotless rooms, all the necessary kitchen and bathroom equipment, extremely friendly staff. Breakfast, however could be updated. But all in all, I loved my stay there and would go back.

Fantastic place tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of Dar Es Salaam. Staff add to the comfort of the stay, always make you feel welcomed. Sometimes quietly, sometimes with a kind word. The small pool in the back of the restaurant lends the dining experience a serenity not found in many other places

I don’t know where to start Reception lady was very rude and unwelcoming ..! She was upset with every little question .. We arrived and waited for 20 min and no one was dealing with us .. We wanted to upgrade our rooms since we realized what we booked was lower grade .. receptionist couldn’t help us she had to call the “MANAGER “ in middle of night and we ready to pay for upgrade ..! At end manager gave us upgrade without charges that was nice of him (we waitited for an hour ) Then we got to the room the AC wasn’t working the fan sound like propeller.. it was very hard night Next day woke up went to breakfast .. not much choices .. and rotten pineapple was set for breakfast… I wouldn’t recommend this place at all
