格蘭德SM麗景酒店(Hotel Grand SM Regency, Darbhanga)

This is most pathetic hotel with most ***ner less staff and owner who misbehaved with a senior citizen , took booking including breakfast but when reached hotel they had absolutely no staff and denied every thing and simply said cancel booking if u want , and also misbehaved with a senior citizen saying nothing happens with ratings and nothing can harm them , they misbehaved in such a way that my parents had to check out and look for other hotel , i request all do not encourage this hotel , i will look for actions that can be taken on this hotel , mot sure if they even have license to operate , it was serious threat to health and security They openly say nothing can harm them , none of aggregators should list this hotel but shame they are only interested, in money , goibibo says they can not take action one just one incident !!
