I had very good experience with Dekeling hotel. I was staying with my family there for 4 nights. It was a great experience with Dekeling. Staffs are very good and professional also. Hotel location is very good near from mall Road. Food and service also too good. My kids enjoy lot. I strongly recommend this hotel for everyone. Thank you Dekeling team. It was a memorable experience.

Hotel situated at best location for business and leisure travellers. Rooms are clean and well maintained with modern facilities. Staffs are well trained and warm welcoming. You can walk around to Chaurasta in evening hours, lots of local food options are available within the surroundings. Safe place to stay it deserves recommendations. Keep it up!

Situated in a prime location with tons of restaurants and shopping options available nearby. The hotel itself has a great ambience and the rooms are extremely cozy. What elevated our experience further was the immense help and hospitality we received from the staff, especially Vandana, Vikram and Dikshin. Definitely staying here when I’m in Darjeeling again.

We spent last two night in Mountain view room. Location, View everything are fine. Room rate is too high compare to standard hotel rate. @4500+ tax is too much. All staffs are very friendly. Not recommended for aged people. They have to climb upto 4 floors.

Super Lage sehr zentral. Sauber. Freundliches Personal. Empfehlenswertes Restaurant im Erdgeschoss. Alles sehr authentisch. Wir haben wirklich Nichts vermisst. Über den Hotelmanager konnten wir unseren Trek im Singalilka NP organisieren.

Because there is no lift to go 5th floor, and roof top floor they have booked, this is very much overpriced, i am too much unhappy with mmt for hotel booking. But your driver mr. Subba is very very nice person and good driver. Thanks.

My room number is 101 there was a big window from the window we can see that he use conjun jaunga in front of me but the sky was to cloud-but the sky was to cloud when i visited the place so there is no kanchenjunga the room is quite small there was no smart tv. Bed was so comfortable. Bathrooms well maintained but geyser is not working on last day. Hotel manager and staff are good.

My study abroad group spent 3 days and 3 nights at the Dekeling Hotel in Darjeeling this January. The staff was very friendly and the food was amazing, home-cooked buffet style. Some of the best tea I've had in my entire life (you will be drinking at least 3 cups at each breakfast). The heated beds were one of our favorite parts considering it can get pretty chilly up in the mountains. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a brief walk away from one of the main strips and the mall. Overall, this was my favorite accommodation between all of the hotels in all of the cities we visited this month. If we ever find ourselves in Darjeeling again, we will most definitely be staying at the Dekeling Hotel once again.

Quite good but had to walk up to 5th floor by stairs otherwise its an awesome property to stay. Senior citizens please avoid

Property location is good however guest need to upgrade 4th floor by stairs, no lift is available. Service is really bad. We asked drinking water 4 times but they don't provided. Aldo standard room quality was not good only deluxe room is good.

Me and my family was stayed 19/06 to 23/06 in double bed view room. Stay was very good. View from window was excellent as we are lucky to see full kanchanjangha on last day morning. Only i recommend to improve service and bedding items.

We visited the hotel udaan dekeling the ambience the room are really comfortable we the great view of kanchanjanga the staff are friendly and helpful the food service is fabulous the restaurant staff are really helpful with everything special mention the name of Mr Sonam , Mr Nishant , Ms Lila , Saurav for magnificent service
