very nice hotel…I enjoyed my stay very much (it was my second stay after a night in Bhutan)… service is very good, food is ok and desserts are really amazing ! the best for everyone going to Northeast India

Business class hotel

Had a very positive and over whelming experience at Ramada Encore by Wyndham. We had a great stay and enjoyed the friendly service. Very clean, beautiful, great location and great customer service. Very smooth check in and check out process. Our room was spacious enough with good amenities and of course sparkling clean. All the staff people were very good, friendly and helpful. We received a very warm welcome with welcome drinks and chocolate goodies for my lil baby. Food was very tasty and delicious especially their desserts, bakery items, snacks and tandoor items at dinner. Breakfast was equally enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. A special thanks to Romika, Head Manager who helped made our stay completely hassel free and very comfortable. I would most definitely book this hotel again without hesitation if I get to visit Siliguri again and would recommend others too. Thank you "Ramada Encore" for everything. The hospitality we received was very pleasant and we made beautiful memories with our stay here which will be cherished forever.

Everything was top notch, except the room sizes. I know space is at a premium at the location where the hotel is situated but just a bit bigger room was more preferred than the current size of the rooms. rest everything such as staff, breakfast, room amenities, location was just perfect. another problem I found in a bit slow service at breakfast table. when I ( or anyone from my family) ordered anything to waiters, it took a bit longer than usually, it should take. but that could be due to rush at time also (but I don't think when we went for the breakfast, it was too busy). I was there with my wife and 8 yr daugter and we had to sleep all one bed, but the bed was surely not meant to accommodate all three. it was a bit smaller, I think it was due to small room size. If you are planning to stay 3 on a single bed it could be a bit troublesome.

Good location , rooms , tasty food. Though bathrooms are little small but clean. Rooms are comfortable. Tasty and variety of dishes in breakfast. Polite restaurant staff.

All staff are polite and well mannered. I am very happy to stay here. Will recommend to our friends and relatives

The rooms are very neat and the food is also very nice moreover the behaviour of staff here is very much children friendly, we had a very good experience here, the welcome drink we got was very refreshing as we came here from travelling from so far , thank you ramada

I had a disappointing experience at Ramada Hotel Siliguri. The room sizes were incredibly small, and there was a persistent bad smell emanating from the blankets. It was definitely not suitable for a family stay. Moreover, the service was subpar, deserving no more than one star. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. For a far superior experience, I highly recommend considering Courtyard Marriott or Lemon Tree instead

Each and every person from the entering gate till the house keeping is an excellent staff ...always positive helpful and calm. I am very happy and satisfied with their service. A happy customer. Special thanks to Mr Dhirendra.
