Es un hotel viejo, sin mantenimiento y terrible servicio al cliente. Todo mal. Adicional el parqueo indicaba “incluido” pero nos cobraron $5 adicionales. Reservamos para 6 y nos dieron un sofá cama que no era apto para descansar. Esas instalaciones son máximo para 4 personas. De nunca volver.

Hotel em decadência. fiquei 1 noite para pegar avião. Não condizente Marriot. Ou Marriot tbem já está decadente e a anos que não me hospedava. Pedi berço na reserva 3 meses antes hospedagem, quando fiz check Inn as 16:30, me informaram que levariam berço no quarto, ao chegar 11:00 da noite do shopping berço não estava quarto, recepcionista disse que não tinha mais, mas não avisou no check, lençol sofá cama não tinha tiver que buscar, travesseiros são contados, café da manhã lotado com poucos funcionários para dar conta de repor. Carpe quarto sujo. Cama queen tive impressão ser menor que queen normal. Sofá cama péssimo, impossível dormir. Não voltaria. Serviço e hotel condizente a um 2 estrelas.

My family stayed there for one night because we were traveling on an early morning flight the next day and wanted to stay somewhere relatively close to the airport. The agent at the front desk was really nice and helpful. The scent throughout the hotel was awful. It smelt like wet carpet. The first room was unbearably stink and we requested another room. This time the scent was masked with some fragrance but it was still stink. We promised never to stay at this location ever again.

Hotel é bom, confortável e localização boa. Tem uma surpresinha na tarifa que cobram 20 USD adicional ao fazer checkin. Como usei a cafeteira cobraram 30 USD.

I can't believe this place is open to the public. It was the most dirty hotel I have ever entered. I have pictures if I can up load I would!!!!

Nos fu muy bien. Lugar cómodo y bien ubicado con muy buen desayuno para este tipo de alojamientos. Con todo lo necesario para una buena estadia. Cocina bien equipada. Lo único que no se anunciaba estacionamiento de pago por lo que hablamos y no lo cobraron.

The dates for this review are wrong. I did not book from Nov 4- Nov 18. The correct days are Sat Nov 5-Sat Nov 19, 22. BUT, I left on the 15th. I had different complaints since checking in, but I ignored them because there were a few workers who tried to accommodate me, Like the gentleman who worked Saturday nights with the lovely dreads, he moved me to a better room once I found bugs crawling on me, the housekeepers were lovely & nice and a gentleman who I would greet upon the start of breakfast. I assume he works nights. I don't want to say he's Hispanic because I am not 100 percent sure, but he was polite & helped me with a new key. Like I said before I had complaints that I just ignored but what made me leave is when I come in from a long shift to see men in my room. NO ONE had told me that my belongings would be packed and placed in another room, and I was highly upset by that. And to add insult to injury I was placed in a downgraded room which was dirty!! I suffer from PTSD and anxiety and this whole stay really did bring on a panic attack. After I calmed down with the help of loved ones over the phone, many, including a loved one who works in the hotel industry told me that I should leave because it doesn't sound safe for a hotel manager to not be aware that contractors were working in an occupied room. I mean it's common sense to let the customer be aware of that so I could have packed my own things. Not a man who I DO NOT KNOW. I did not like how this was handled!!!!
