The gentleman who checked us out was cheerful and polite. The gentleman who checked us in was not very cheerful. Place is VERY run down and depressing. Toilet paper roll falling off wall. Walls super thin. Could hear next doors tv all night long. Caulk in bathroom was horrible.

The room was not clean. There was hair in the tub drain My children and I refused to shower in it. The area was sketchy at best. The night desk again was rude, curt, spoke limited English and became agitated when those in front and behind me asked him to repeat his request. The continental breakfast was really non existent. The room has a very unsafe connecting door to another room. There was a previously undisclosed incidental deposit that was required upon check in. Still trying to get that back it was to be returned upon check out. Two in our party woke in the early morn with a sore throat that was dried out from the poor air quality and lack of a filter in the heat unit being cleaned. I would recommend staying anywhere else.

The stay was horrible! There was a dead mouse in the room! I brought the manager up to the room the next morning and he removed it but there was no mention of anything to make up for the incident. I was still charged for the stay and was told that I would have to go through ********** about the issue. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED! I have actually tried to add pictures of the incident but it won't allow me to!

Our room smelled like poop. It looked like the toilet overflowed and whoever cleaned it up didn’t clean the grout in between the floor tiles. Had to keep the bathroom fan on to keep the smell away.

I’ve been staying at this property for over 10 years now. I must say, they have come along way and are continuing to make improvements to the property. Bravo!

If I had walked in before booking I would have gone elsewhere. The only website photos that are close to accurate are the outside and the bathroom. The issues in the room for appearance are too numerous to list, the worst was the TV hanging tilted 5” from balance. Everywhere you look there is overpaint, poorly done caulking , floor tile separating. Wyndham should rethink having their name on this site.
