代頓北德魯裏套房酒店(Drury Inn & Suites Dayton North)

DRURY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GOOD, ALTHOGH THE NITE FOOD WAS BELOW THERE USUALLY STANDARD.

From the moment we walked in the front door, I felt that I was a very important guest that Drury was waiting for. A warm engaging person on the front desk, Taylor, was so helpful. She was engaging, friendly, very helpful, I can't say enough about this person. The people at the happy hour were pleasant and helpful even with a large crowd of people. Very pleasant stay at Drury.

Soft clean bed, clean sheets, nice pillows, clean carpet, clean bathroom! Yummy home style cooking and drink card for kick back hours. Pet friendly! We did not have to leave the hotel once and we were making a cross country trip and this was our second stay at the same hotel in 10 days. We got an amazing upgrade to a suite without even asking and it was a surprise when we opened the door and thank you very much for that surprise. We were extremely tired and that totally made our day.

I have stayed at Drury in Indy and Columbus they were terrific. I wanted my adult son and daughter to try one. This Drury was good also. I was disappointed at this one though. My adult daughter and I went to go swimming Thursday evening and there were 6 or 7 boys that looked to be about 14-16 horse playing in the pool. Playing chicken and cannon balls, very rambunctious. A staff member came in and never said anything. We could not swim. This was disappointing, I never experienced this at a Drury before.

Staff is good. Peanut and other debris on the carpet next to the chair. Makes me wonder how truly clean the room is. Convenient location, lots of restaurants within walking distance.

No snow removal parking lot was a mess, which made front lobby a mess. Called front desk from room for extra blankets, no answer. When I went down and asked they don't have extra blankets. Pool & exercise areas are extremely small for such a large hotel and kids were unsupervised running all over. There are a lot of extra tax expense added to bill beware.

Lots of bug bites appeared on my arms, hands, back and neck after I returned home. I won't be staying here again.

Yhe only ywo problems were I could not use the jacuzzi because of to many children playing in it and the noise from the highway kept me up at night.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were very clean. We were very impressed
